Understandable. My frustration I have with H&L is solely due to the fact that they delay GOT reactions. I actually like watching them.

@David I understand. The reason they started doing them was actually due to quite a lot of community demand and they get quite a lot of views & requests to continue them, so they have continued to record them. A lot of reaction channels that do GoT have been recording them. The first video has 100k views and the others have similar views to their GoT episodes (with continuous viewcount growth) and lots of interaction here on Patreon as well. About a third of their total patreons have viewed the latest video. At this juncture there are only two more from now to series completion, given the 1 video "delay" these cause it would likely cause more anger and frustration with the a fairly significant portion of the community as a whole if they were to stop them both on youtube and Patreon, especially this far into doing them.

Could you put in a recommendation of possibly allowing the community to vote on removing history and lore as a whole so we can have more GOT episodes? They could just watch it without having to record it and I think I speak for many when I say we would much rather have GOT episodes than H&L.

The H&L videos are an hour+ long and takes recording and editing time and counts as a GoT upload as result. This has been the case since they started doing them with season 1. Sorry if there was confusion on this.

@J_Fley No worries! We are all friends here and we want to make sure the patreons feel like they are getting their moneys worth and are happy! We are all humans and sometimes there are miscommunications, misunderstandings or things need to be clarified and we will try our best to ameliorate those. =) I personally don't know for sure so don't take this as gospel, but I suspect the initial fast upload phase was because they had some close to ready in the wings for when the edited versions finished, but since the new demi-god system was to post the uncuts before the edited versions were done, but with the discussions added (having the uncuts and edited released at the same time, due to the discussion sections not being in the uncuts had previously been voted as the preference by our Patreon community) that allowed them to upload a few that were already close to prepared in a fairly short time period.

Ok, that's fair. I was a fairly recent upgrade and as someone else mentioned it was a lot for a couple weeks then slowed down. I guess I just happened to start during that hot stretch. No offense intended.

@Junriel Roa R+L=J was only recently scheduled, because we didn't want them watching it unless we were sure it wasn't going to reveal things to them they hadn't already figured out in 6x10. Ideally we would have had it done between 6x10 and 7x1 but the timing just didn't work for it. I did emphasize that the community would prefer it be uploaded before they get too much into s7 however, no worries. The current stuff on the docket is: -History & Lore Season 6 -The monthly demi-god extra video -7x1

I stand corrected, 2 episodes per week. I was hoping R+L=J would’ve been this weekend. But it looks like it’ll be taking over what should’ve been 7x1 today.

Demi god is where we release the uncuts earlier than the edited. they still require editing, and we cannot post what we have not watched. we usually only watch 2 or 3 episodes in a week as we focus the majority of our time on editing videos and other admin.

@J_Fley They definitely didn't. Go look back at the upload dates and you will clearly see that is not the case. They are also trying to get newly hired editors up to speed currently which will help with their editing load in the future.

So Demi-God is pretty much the same as Super Soldier? Only 3 episodes per week for GOT with the only difference is that Demi-God is earlier? I don't know how I feel about that.. I should've stuck to Super Soldier since the same amount of episodes are the same per week. I just end up waiting longer with Demi-God since I see the episodes earlier.

That’s actually a fab idea. I’ve only read them once and seeing as I finished them in 2012 it’d be a good way to revisit them. I was waiting to reread the complete set, but I’m resigned to us never getting the last two.

Im genuinely sad that you’re so close to the end of both the shows. It almost feels like when the shows ended the first time. I want you to hurry up so I can see certain episodes, but I also want you to slow down so you don’t finish them so quickly 😂
