Full Length Reaction Guide
We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.
Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means weβve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.
Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if weβre about to pause, thereβll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.
Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:
- Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
- Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
- Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
- HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)

2023-05-13 18:49:14 +0000 UTCIf you've noticed, team avatar sort of respects their elders and their wisdom and teaching, but the show emphasizes the young working it out on their own. Katara and Sokka and Zuko all learned from masters, but when it comes time for Aang to learn the elements, his teachers are all young. he firsts tries to learn from the elders right? Master Pakku, Master Jeong Jeong, and he attempted King Bumi, but in the end, Katara teaches Aang water, Toph teaches earth, and now zuko will teach Fire. I like how the writers did this. they didn't just dismiss the older generation, but they wanted to make a show about kids coming into their own and needed them to step up...much like Sokka did on the day of the black sun.

So good they made it realistic and the gang really doubted his intentions and had him working hard to earn his place, making the audience feel for him throughout the whole process. BTW, Azula and Ozai have golden eyes too, so it really isn't a purity thing π€£. It's a Fire Nation trait, specially for royalty. That's how Katara first realized the Kyoshi warrior was Azula in disguise back in season 2. Iroh have them too. Focus on Zuko's family eyes next episodes and you'll see. Great reaction! Loving that you love it.

2023-05-12 14:27:27 +0000 UTCThis episode always brings me to tears. To listen to Zuko explain that he's been through a lot, and that it's been hard, always hits for me. He went from being a kind child, to an angry and restless one, all because of the lies and manipulation from his family. It's so cathartic to watch him transform into this beautiful and compassionate person. Zuko is probably my favorite character of any show I've ever seen.
