We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.

Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.

Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.

These reactions DO NOT include our intros and discussions. You will have to refer to the original edited version of the video.

Great reaction y’all. I love how you guys touch up on jets story. I don’t think I haven’t seen any other reactors do this. He really did touch a lot of peoples lives and tried to be the best version of himself all with dealing with internal trauma.

i love this episode a lot! the Spiritual stuff that the Guru is teaching Aang is SO connected to everything you've watched so far. I mentioned in a previous episode about the guru's ability to locate ppl by reading their energy and Aang doing that to in "The Swamp" but also, If you recalled the 3rd chakra was the fire chakra and located in the stomach. remember back in the first episode that Uncle Iroh told Zuko fire comes from the breath, not the muscles and then in "Bitter Work" when Iroh teaches Zuko to redirect lightning, he says that the stomach is a source of energy in the body called the "sea of chi" again, one of my favoite episodes. I love when things are well thought out.

We agree! love the way you put that in the end. (and to anyone concerned, this isn't spoiler as we have watched both parts by now)

The exploration of the Avatar State was phenomenal. What I liked the most was how Guru Pathik's advice was mostly grounded in the real world, something that all of us could benefit from following, rather than a simple spiritual cop-out. Aang going through all of his experiences throughout his journey was an amazing tribute to who he is right now. A few notable ones I noticed were when he saw the Avatar State itself as one his fears, the staggering amount of loss and grief he has gone through, and his guilt and shame of who he is and what he can do. Aang picking love over unlimited cosmic power shows how human he is. In the end, he decided to let Katara go in order to save her. Contrary to his intention, isn't that the truest form of selfless love?
