I must admit this was something I overlooked and it unfortunately has caused a few members to feel a bit cheated when it comes to subscribing to our Patreon Membership tiers.
While I had the membership tiers listed and included what benefits are planned, I never added a notice stating that the benefits are still a work in progress. While this was mentioned in a previous Weekly Report, it was not mentioned on the tiers themselves . This resulted in new members expecting their listed benefits but not finding them anywhere on Patreon. I hope that you will accept my apology, as this was not an attempt to mislead anyone.
All membership tiers now currently have "Coming Soon" in the title, and the following notice is in the description for each tier:
"IMPORTANT NOTE:
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE BENEFITS ARE CURRENTLY PENDING, AND ANY SUBSCRIPTION ENROLLMENT AT THIS TIME IS STRICTLY SUPPORTIVE IN NATURE AT THIS TIME UNTIL BENEFITS BECOME AVAILABLE."
I hope that this clears up any confusion; but if you still believe you have been wronged and are not satisfied with the outcome, let me know please. I'm very understanding and will address your issues as best as I can.
