Jojen's scene when Meera asks about their future and "the end" is one of my favorites of the series. It's shot so beautifully & the actor is fantastic. Such a sense of foreboding, Jojen's vision of the fire & predicting Karl's end. Season 4 is amazing.
Poor Sansa is on a Westeros World Tour of Weirdos & Psychos. As soon as she escapes one maniac she's in the clutches of another.

Little finger did all that so Robert would name Ned his hand. Little finger wanted to have Ned killed so he could have Cat to himself. That’s why he came to her with Ned’s bones and tried to get with her in Renlys camp. That was his whole plan. He always loved Cat deeply.

Basically Littlefinger started the war of the five kings, he convinced Lisa to poison her husband that he’ll then Mary her, and then told her to write her sister that it was the lanisters that killed Jon (the hand). After Jon died Rob needed a new hand which was why he came to Winterfell and so on.
Basically it was all Littlefinger

It's more exposed after Joffrey's death. Even though her attitude this episode has more to it than simple vulnerability.

Locke's death is more satisfying knowing he failed the Bolton's plan to stop the Starks. The fact that Bran+Hodor rekt him makes it a very good kill.

"Jon is always mumbling about and getting schooled..." Spartan, I don't know if you realize how important your insight is. The difference between Robb and Jon is that Robb got thrust into leadership without getting schooled. He didn't learn certain important lessons about leadership. Jon getting schooled is what is making him a better leader than Robb. Jon is learning from mistakes. Robb never got that chance.

Lysa’s letter was before bran was attacked with the dagger. It was in the first episode of the whole series basically saying Jon Arryn was murdered and she suspected the lannisters were responsible…

Lysa and Little Finger’s conversation was such a jaw dropping moment. You realize just how right Varys is for fearing him. It’s so wild because no one else suspects him to be such a major player. A snake in the grass🐍
Also Go Pudgey for listening to the little voice reminding you Locke was an op. Fantastic as always y’all!

Aahhh I was so pumped for Spartan's reaction to Jon's rescue :D as a few have already said, Locke is a Bolton man and was at the wall for the sole purpose of getting Bran, he was tasked this in the same scene Ramsay has Theon shave him in front of his father. Also I'm pretty sure Lysa just means she and Littlefinger have slept together when she says they "already had their wedding night"

Great reaction guys. A few things:
It's pretty much confirmed in this episode that Baelish started the game of thrones. He was the inciting incident that got the story going. Why? Because as Baelish has said, he wants chaos all around him, so he can take advantage of it and get more power. And if you recall, Lady Arryn refused to send her army to help Robb, it was probably on orders from Baelish.
When Lady Arryn says she and Baelish had their wedding night years ago, I'm pretty sure she's just saying they've been having sex for years, not that they actually officially married.
When it comes to Lady Arryns decision making, just know she loves and is obsessed with Baelish.
As a few others have said, Locke went to the nights watch on Lord Bolton's orders to find out if Jon was hiding Bran and Rickon. He was never truly joining the nights watch, he was there on a mission from Bolton. So had he lived, he would've taken Bran to Lord Bolton.

What Tywin tells Cersei (about their mines not producing anymore gold) is a pretty big deal. The whole Lannister power comes from their wealth, alongside Tywin's cleverness. So now they are indebted to the teeth + they need the Tyrells on their side, both to have their financial support and to ensure they do not challenge them. This gets us back to Varys's riddle: "Power resides where men believe it resides". The Lannisters rule under the umbrella of wealth and gold (alongside fear), yet they don't actually have it anymore. what they have is people's perception of them, "the wealthiest house in Westeros".

Hope you got the significance of the Little finger and Lysa's secret. All the wars and killings happened after that can point to that. Like he said in an early episode, for Little Finger, caos is a ladder. Evil man.

Littlefinger essentially found out about Jaime and Cersei and used that knowledge to its maximum potential and it led to the start of another war. He was also the one that told Cat it was Tyrion who sent Bran's assassin. I wonder if even he was surprised by how much everything escalated because as immoral as he is, I don't think he expected it to eventually lead to Catelyn's death.
