I know this is late but just wanted to correct you, you don't need to develop your own airbending move, you need to master 36 airbending moves. Aang had only mastered 35 and instead of mastering another one he created his own which got him his tattoos

2024-04-23 16:40:48 +0000 UTCI imagine being a firebending master is extremely lonely. The most nonviolent thing you can do is make a fire to keep someone warm or cauterize a wound. Being a master of an element that deals only destruction and death would probably have made Jeong Jeong isolated and bitter, especially with acts he might have done during the war. A really cool character.

Aang made the air ball move in which he gets on top of a ball of air and move around. Only a master airbender gets these tattoos that he has.
