In truth, Cersei was putting Sansa on game. But man she is so brutal...and also such a complex character. By far one of the best in the series.

I think Stannis did not come up with some special plan, because he had just an overwhelming advantage in army and fleet. Tyrions trick could not have been forseen by anyone, was executed perfectly and caused huge losses on Stannis side. Besides that they had to land their ships further away which caused additional losses on the way and made it harder to get their siege equipment to the walls. Stannis would still have won easily if it hadn't been for Tywin and the Tyrells armies coming to the rescue. So I think you were a little harsh on him. He was the first on the boats, the first on the beach the first on the wall and would have won with well executed standard tactics if there were not these huge onforseeable events.

R.I.P. to Wilko Johnson. The actor who plays Illyn Payne passed away couple of days ago. He was the executioner who took Ned’s head with his own sword. He’s on Arya’s kill list. That’s why Cersei had him with the women to kill them if they lost, his job is the royal executioner.

Tommen was very young and innocent. Joffrey was not. I think deep down she knew Tommen didn't deserve to suffer, but Joffrey did. Not that she wanted him to suffer, but if she had to pick which one to comfort and spare, it would be Tommen. Also, Joffrey was old enough to know what was happening, and Tommen wasn't. She couldn't get Joffrey to drink poison unless she snuck it into something. But with Tommen, she just had to tell him to drink it.
