Patreon payment issue?

is anyone having issues with Patreon payment? some people on YouTube said it wasn't working and they couldn't sign up to Patreon, we are trying to figure out if its just a few or a larger issue.

2022-11-03 02:34:34 +0000 UTCHey Ameigh, you must have signed up right before the end of the month as Patreon charges at the start of each month regardless of when you joined. This is inconvenient we know we tried to add this to our front page in hopes that anyone new would see it. For future we recommend waiting till the 2nd or 3rd day of the month before signing up to avoid any time zone differences.

2022-11-02 02:05:39 +0000 UTCI actually had a payment issue with 5 of my 7 subscriptions today. I noticed because I only got an email receipt for two accounts. I came here and updated my payment info (not sure what was wrong with it) and the rest of the payments all went through. I did end up with confirmation emails as if I was a new subscriber. 🤷🏻♂️
