One note about the Dothraki. Each Khal has a number of Blood Riders - think of them as the equivalent of the King's Guard - These are his most loyal and fiercest warriors, and they refer to each other as "blood of my blood". There are multiple Dothraki khalasars with different khals. Drogo was the most feared khal and had the biggest khalasar - he had united multiple khalasars - but after his death, that khalasar has now broken into separate tribes that follow various of his ex-blood riders.

I know Pudgey wonders why Yara let Theon do that, but from her perspective she comes down to see what her brother is like, when he thinks she is no one important and considering how he treats her she knows all she needs to about her brother, before he could come to the castle and say whatever nice words he wants. I love that you guys consider, especially Spartan how exactly Balon feels seeing Theon back, wondering who he is/if he can be trusted, after nine years apart. Also I think Theon was probably 7/8 when he was taken, thus why he says Ned had Theon longer than Balon did. And yes Littlefinger is offputting. And yes the dialogue among so many of the characters is so great and layered, its one of the best parts of the show! Thanks for a great reaction as always. The War of Five Kings contiues..

I love this episode though it’s probably one of the “slower” ones so far (I don’t at all consider that bad but I’d imagine some might). That said, all the fucking is a bit much. I’m actually shocked at how much of that is in this episode (hadn’t watched it in a long time). Good grief. Lovely reaction as always.

The first time I watched this episode I went straight to the next one after that ending (I hadn't started until 2016). It was kinda fun seeing you two go back and forth on who gave the order to kill Robert's bastards. It's definitely still fun seeing Janos Slynt shut down and hauled away. I'm with you on the sex scenes, Spartan; that's probably my least favorite part. But it's HBO. And fortunately, there's plenty to make up for that. I will say (with no details) that there's a couple of scenes along those lines that I do like.
