Kudos to Pudgey for getting it right that Joffrey is not the real heir to the throne.

I remember Pudgey calling the Joffrey bastard thing. She said it right after Pycelle told Ned that the previous hand of the king kept saying "the seed is strong"

An unrelated note: Harry Lloyd, the actor who played Danys brother, played Viktor in Arcane. Not sure if anyone mentioned that! He also narrates the audio book for the tales of Dunk and Egg books that take place in a different point of westeros history and he does AMAZING. I would love to have seen him play a more interesting and not hated Targaryen lol.

funny thing about Tyrions cell is the floor is actually sloped to the open edge.

The golden crown can be interpreted 2 ways obviously the main one is Viserys getting molten gold poured on his head but also Joffrey Baratheon's Golden hair on his head

The person who fought for Tyrion is named Bronn. He is a sellsword, a mercenary in this world. He was there at the inn at the crossroads when Catelyn captured Jamie. He traveled with them thinking to make a quick buck. Then jumped to help Tyrion knowing how rich the Lannisters were.

Interesting discussion about Sansa, I would say you’re both right. She’s basically a very naive, oblivious high-born girl who’s been told she’s going to be queen one day. In her mind, she’s living in a princess fairytale and Joffrey is her prince and true love

The funny thing is that it was Sansa that gave Ned the last push to realize Joffreys heritage. She spoke of him subconciously as a lion (Lannister) not a stag (Baratheon) because he just looks much more like a Lannister. And Lannisters are much more gallant then Baratheons in her mind, that's why she likes them more.

The guy that volunteered for Tyrion was one of the guys in the tavern where Catelyn demanded him to be seized. I think on the way to Vale he might have realised it could be very lucrative to serve a Lannister and/or he liked Tyrions character.

I think Ned wants to force Roberts hand if Tywin Lannister refuses to come to court and thus disobeying a direct command of the hand of the king, who is officially representing the king while he is away hunting. By the time Robert comes back the war might already be started to not give Robert a choice.
