Update - GoT Full Length Sync Solution

an update on the situation with some of you having a slightly different speed of GoT depending on what country you're in. a really annoying unnecessary issue the stream services have given us but we have some solutions. As we speak we are looking at using a VPN to get the HBO max version which seems to be the most universal. At the moment the first 3 episodes will be using the AUS version so these tips to follow may make this easier for you to sync up and hopefully after that the issue is gone.
So far there are 3 solutions to this
1. Use a vpn to use binge in Aus OR use TVnow if in the Uk.
2. for HBOmax - adjust the speed of the video on YouTube by opening the vid in youtube and then finding a speed that syncs, what has been recommended by Wilson our YT mod is Youtube setting icon > Playback Speed > Custom > 0.95x.
3. This is really a more specific version of step 2 but here are the steps provided by our YT Mod Sudden Impulse:
1. Click on the video on the patreon page so that it will open up on Youtube itself.
2. Go to the top right corner of your browser (in this case Firefox or Chrome) and click on the 3 lines or 3 dots respectively.
3. Select More Tools from the drop down menu.
4. Select Developer Tools/Web Developer Tools
5. This will open up a new screen within your webpage. Find the tab that says "console". Click where you see the little arrow with blank area.
6. Type in the following (I don't advise copy+paste as sometimes it doesn't like that) exactly as shown here: $("video"). playbackRate=0.96
7. Watch the video alongside your copy.
We hope these make your lives a little easier, sorry for any inconvenience we didnt know this kind of thing could even happen. Hopefully we have a better solution soon but this should make it more or less enjoyable still for you guys and we greatly appreciate your patience and support during this time!
