Thanks for putting timestamps throughout the whole video; it helps a lot.
Regarding your discussion at the end, it is very tricky, and the writers did a very good job of confusing and questioning how you feel regarding the characters. Not all people respond in the same way. For example, I agree with your assessment regarding Jesse, that he made a wrong choice (he actually made a choice to cook and sell drugs even before Walter asked him to cook with him). Such things are not justifiable to me personally in the real world (I don't support that someone is selling drugs), but still, for example, when a police officer came to the gas station, I did not want Jesse to be caught and go to jail, etc.
I mean, you've probably seen shows or movies where the main character is sometimes doing something that you would not approve of in the real world, but you can still connect to this main character, especially when the movie follows this character very closely. And this show, as you mention, doesn't follow only the main character; you get to know almost every other character very closely. Therefore, you can have a very good understanding of each character's personal perspective, etc. What is unique to this show is that people who are watching are not unified regarding for who they are even rooting.
And yes, besides the writing, this show is so popular also because each and every character's acting is on such a high level. But although the acting till now was superb, there is still an even higher degree of elite acting from here on... so all I can say, enjoy :)
