I'm glad you enjoyed the Lilliana episode! Surprisingly this time the anime added new stuff that wasn't in the novel. All of the stuff about Lilliana's past was anime original. When Lilliana was still playing on the falling tower, Priscilla said "It is a great service." in a very poetic/archaic way. This is actually a very special line coming from her, it's like the highest praise you can get from her. At this point the novel explains Regulus's ability more comprehensively. He can seemingly "stop time" on his own body or any object that he touches, which causes this thing to stop aging, decaying, or being affected by physical forces in almost any way. Basically anything he touches becomes an invincible, unstoppable, undeformable object. This means that he himself is completely invincible and never ages or needs to eat or breathe, never gets dirty or wet either. And he can throw pebbles, dirt, water drops, even invisible air, etc. as if they were unstoppable projectiles that go straight through anything they hit, shredding them.... with the sole exception of Reinhard's Dragon Sword, which can't be destroyed by anything, even by Regulus. Earlier he stopped the time of a giant pool of water, turning it into an "object" that would stick together so he could carry it. He can even be a weapon just by standing in the road, as dragon carriages would smash into him and be obliterated as they strike an immovable object, like a car driving straight into a concrete wall. It's a pretty terrifying ability, with seemingly no weakness, or..?
