Well, yeah! This is one of those "unseen drawings" of my vault, one of those that I told you about! Drawings that I could post now that I have that issue with my pen until I get a new one in just a couple days! And this is... Judging by her wristband, I'd say she's a Spanish lady that somehow turned into a catgirl, and she's more than happy of delivering your mail directly to you... C'mon, pick it up! You can pay with pets! :D
