So this is basically Rebecca after her transformation finishes. My bet is that her transformation was completed while Chris was wandering around, and while Rebecca was just there, minding her own catgirl business, some mysterious person arrived to the scene... And them just take her as a... pet? Slave pet?
Ans she still has some clothing on her, the remains of them at least, teared appart during the transformation... Well, as you know, there is more of this in the making!
