Yep, you got that right, that's Spencer's Mansion on the background, and yes, it's the main entrance! So this picture has to be set on the first game... You can think "ok, maybe Chris told her to wait there while he went to look out for a cure or something to stop her transformation, because the main entrance sounds like a good meeting point".
Yeah, you can take this as a "what if" from the original game, I dunno xD
