Android update

Hey!

I want to make an announcement - I want to update android port to 0.2.1 version. The biggest problem in Android release is combat screen relying on hovering over cards. I have thought it over and the best way would be to make cards appear at the center of the screen once clicked. There will be a button PLAY, clicking outside will send card back to the hand.

Tasks might also create issues on small screens, I will try to find a way to deal with this, perhaps make tasks another icon in the top menu.

I know some of you waited for this, and you won't need to wait for much longer. I will release 0.2.1 as an alpha, then do a port, I want the port to be available along with 0.2.1 beta branch.
