Poll - Easy/Hard mode

So I've heard the game is too easy, I've also heard about people defeating dragon. So how it really is? Is the game too hard or too easy?
I'm definitely going to work on balance when working on 0.2.0, but still I can add extra easy & hard modes, but one of them will come earlier, so which one it is.
Right, other thing many people didn't know, in preferences there is story mode, it disables random combat encounter.
