Serenity Special Public Release!

Hey everyone,

Today I finally completed the first batch of improvements! There were a total of about 450 images redone from scratch. Also added 4 new animations (removed the old ones I did that were shit). Rewrote some dialogue to better fit the overall plot and corrected some minor issues. Below are the details of exactly what has been updated.

If you have not played Serenity yet, please be aware there are spoilers listed below.

Day 1: Scene when Kat at your house after you first visit Trina at her office.

Day 2: Waking up with Kat in the morning. Shower scene with Kat (1 animation added here). Visiting Trina (to read the book with Kat). Arrival on Serenity island, first confrontation with Morgan, meeting Mom's copy and learning how to see your house in Serenity.

Day 3: Finding Kat. Taking her to your house in Serenity. Second confrontation with Morgan and meeting the Neko girls.

Day 4: Kat's ascension. Three animations added here.

The only thing left now is the music, which I won't work on until I finish rendering all of the graphics for Day 10 so that I can choose fitting music as I proofread and check for issues. Version 1.0 will include all of these renewed scenes, animations, plus the new Day 10 content for those waiting to continue the story. Starting from the beginning would be a good idea though with all of the updated material... however, after 1.0 is released, I will do the same thing again for 1.1. I will next redo the entire visit with Morgan at her house (Day 4) and the dungeon scene with Cassie and Samantha (Day 5). The dungeon scene will be completely rewritten. The visit with Morgan will also be rewritten a bit/modified.

Now for the good bit of news. I decided it might be a cool idea to go ahead and release this directly to the public since you guys still have to wait another month for the new day 10 content. I know it isn't much, but it will give you something to chew on while you wait. See below for download links.

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT install this over the previous folder. You will have issues if you do. Quite a lot of things were changed. Extract this to its own brand new folder. Since this is intended for you to start over (to see the remade content), you shouldn't need to worry about old saves. However, if you find that your old saves aren't showing up and you want them, simply copy the "saves" folder from the old copy to this one (under the "games" folder). Depending on where you saved, some of them could possibly not work so I can't guarantee they will.
