Off hours, apparently, she does cater to more exotic clientele with very specific needs. Through the double wide door in the back, the local gryphons flock to get their itches scratched.
Stage two is the initial treatment and our little hawk slips her hand right under the problem and lifts it out of that big gryphon's sheath. For now, she's just casually sizing the problem, taking in the burning hot temperature of her client, pretty excited about helping a big bird in need.
