{NSFW} Skarneti's horse bird WIP

A soft, yet very strong, pigeon hippogryph with wing hands! No sure I've ever seen such combo, and I like the challenge.
I've added a bunch of very rough sketches up to the first pass of inked lines, it should give ya'll a better view in how do my ref sheets and how much I can be annoying with WIPs to the client. Already at WIP 14 and only some inks have been done lol. That's how designing work!
