Some episodes ago when he was at school he observed her studying uranium, and just had nerdy chat with her about it, so he just knew what she was working with. - Pretty sure Callen was only aiming for Suzaku before he called her out, and after that it was just her questioning her life choices in general. - There was an after credits scene in last episode. It's not very relevant and even the dub missed it, but if you want to check it out, it's there.
