Tulla's Contortion Kitchen - autocunninglingus part 1 yoganidrasana

Hi guys!

We haven't had contortion kitchen for a while so I thought I do a little series about the poses I use for my autocunninglingus challenge. Of course, I'm still on it ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜œ My fave pose for practicing this mighty challenge is yoganidrasana, legs-behind-the-head cause I can use the power of my legs to facilitate the forward stretch of my neck and upper body. I'm using a range of upper body and neck stretches for this challenge as those are my stiffer forward bending bits ๐Ÿ˜‚
