And it says right in the recording that due to high call volume it might take that long but I got mad and was like if the rape crisis line isn't gonna take care of me, I guess I'm just gonna hafto do it. I walked down to the grocery store and bought some squash and took it to the woods and beat the shit out of it with a bat and it helped me get everything out, but then I had an overwhelming sense of peace washed over me. I sat there for a while just being still and listening to the quiet of a snow muffled woods, and a family of deer came up and started eating the pumpkin pieces that were scattered in the snow. It was the universe sending me the moment of peace that I needed.
