33. That's a good reaction video, to bad we are not flying now. We had the technology back in the 50s but it was covered up because its not profitable. The powers rather maintain power and make you fall in line with the system. Lol as for the chicken comment, you have to have a strong equanimity. That aside, good reaction. On to the next

I am sure someone pointed it out, but one of the kids playing the arcade game is Elija Wood who later played Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings

I wish they had been warned to avoid all the spoilers in the trailer tacked on to the end.

It was more than making him look like Crispin Glover with makeup. They literally used the molds of Glover's face to make prosthetics to put on the new actor.

Great reaction, Munchies. My request is The Count of Montecristo and If Looks Could Kill Movies. Thanks.

I've been rewatching these movies all the decades since they came out, and every few viewings I still manage to catch/see something that I never saw or thought of before.
They're just one of the 7 or so great rewatchable trilogies of my lifetime that seem to appeal to all who see them, and I'm very glad for the ladies to get the opportunity to also experience them.

Technically Kill Bill was shot as one movie. It wasn't initially intended to be two. It still makes the point though that the studio had faith that they could promote it as two movies before seeing the success of the first one.

When the time machine gets struck by lightning, Doc gets sent 100 years into the past to 1885. Why, you may ask? When they use the time machine in this movie, you can see that the dates on the time circuits are malfunctioning a bit (1:02:38 for example). So the time machine traveling to 1885 was just a malfunction of the time circuits. The letter that Marty receives in the rain at the end is was written by Doc in 1885, and given to a telegram company to deliver to Marty at this exact moment 100 years later.
Why 1885 in particular? Well, because that's where the writers wanted him to go.

I like it, and Rian Johnson, the director, in general, but I think the ladies would enjoy Knives Out better?

Looper has its weaknesses but I think the movie doesn't get the appreciation it deserves.

That's a nice surprise, I thought we would have to wait until Tuesday for this reaction.
It's so funny to see how the filmmakers imagined the world in 2015.😅
There were some changes in the cast. The beginning, which looks exactly like the end of the first part, was partially re-shot because the actress who plays Marty's girlfriend is different.
The actor who plays Marty's father Georg is also no longer the same.
There was even a big scandal about it. The filmmakers hired an actor who looked similar and made him look like the original actor with make-up, and they also used archive material from the first part.
The original actor Crispin Glover then sued Steven Spielberg for stealing his appearance without his consent.
He won the case and thereby set a very important precedent. One that can be important for actors today in times of deep fakes and AI.
That was a hilarious reaction ladies, I'm already looking forward to part 3.💜

Doc and Marty need to stop worrying about Biff and stop SkyNet.
Robert Zemeckis is the director but Steven Speilberg was the producer. Everyone knows Speilberg as a great director, but he's also a great producer, producing such movies as Gremlins, Goonies, Poltergeist, Men in Black, and probably some others i'm forgetting. If Speilberg wasn't directing your childhood, he was producing it.
I think this might have been the first time they filmed 2 sequels together. The studio only does this when they are certain they're going to make A LOT of money. Other examples of where they've done this are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Kill bill 1,2, and the last two Harry Potter films.
Time Travel is a pretty big trope in American Cinema, some notable onese that you haven't watched yet.
Looper(Bruce Willis), Donnie Darko, 12 Monkeys (Brad Pitt and Bruce Willis). There's a lot, but one that no one ever talks about is Coherence (2013). It's a low budget film, but really good take on time travel.
