My 5-day split

Finally, there's someone that actually wants to workout with me! Not just be a degenerate (affectionately)

So these are my routines, M-F. A & E Monday & Friday, B, C, & D are Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, obviously. I use adjustable dumbbells & an adjustable kettlebell for all of these. I try to superset where I can so muscles get enough rest in between sets.
