Movie Night: The Poll
Added 2024-11-20 23:20:59 +0000 UTCSo, after the first of the year (cause holidays), we're thinking about doing a movie night, probably about once a month (maybe more if you guys really like it.) Probably on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon/evening EST.
The site were thinking of using to accomplish this is https://www.teleparty.com/ We would pay for the premium package so we could host everything. The only thing you guys would need to do is have a membership in whatever streaming site the movie we're planning on watching is hosted on (Netflix, Prime, etc) and let us take care of the rest. Oh, and you'll also need to vote on the movies we watch. We have a list that are "must sees" right now (if you saw the livestream from 11/20, you know there's a bunch of Nick Cage movies we have to get through) but after that, its fair game...ish. Nothing X-rated, but erotica is not off the table, especially if you want to watch us squirm and be forced to build a pillow fort between us to keep to our own sides of the bed.
So let your voice be heard! Let us know of this is something you guys would be interested in and we'll figure out how to make it work!

From there we can get into the weird, star-studded cult classics, like Return of the Killer Tomatoes, Earth Girls are Easy, or Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

2024-11-20 23:32:20 +0000 UTCLove the idea, got two issues/suggestions. First, January is a bit far away and could use some company in December, usually lonely month. Second, most of these services aren't available to purchase. Could try to get prime. Got Netflix. Others not available over here.
