Isekai temptation quest : preparation

You can choose the first room our protagonist will go though with the associated poll.
Please note that whatever the choice, there will be no penetration in the first room (first stage is here to prepare the mind and/or body of the player for what'll come next), but still it's not like there'll be nothing interesting to see, you did ask for some NSFW comic after all ;-p
