1-Click INSTALL SD 3.5 & ComfyUI WebUI!

I've created a 1-click installer for the newest AI SD 3.5 Large model as well as my "ALL-IN-ONE SD 3.5 Large WORKFLOW" that is simplified and optimized for complete beginners and people coming from the automatic11111 webui that have never used comfyui before.

The installer of course automates the entire install process for comfyUI and the models downloads!
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE COMFYUI INSTALLED:
1. Download the SD3-5MODELS-INSTALL.bat and place it in the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI folder
2. Run the bat file
3. Wait for the install to finish
4. ???
5. Profit 😎
LOCAL INSTALL:
1. Download the SD3-5_COMFYUI-MANAGER_AUTO_INSTALL.bat
2. Run the bat file
3. Wait for the install to finish
4. The webui will launch, load the SIMPLE_ALL-IN-ONE_SD_3.5_WORKFLOW.json file, you will see a lot of errors, then click on the manager button and click "Update comfyui". Then click on "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and click on the first small checkbox to select all the nodes and then click install. It will then ask you to restart, so click on that restart button, wait for the webui to reboot, click refresh once it's done and there you go😎
IF YOU ARE USING RUNPOD:
1. Create an account if you haven't already: Runpod
2. Click on Pod (on the left side) then click deploy
3. Choose a GPU with at least 24gb of VRAM (a cheap 3090 is great), click here for the comfyui template (aitrepreneur/comfyui), then deploy on demand
4. Go to my pods, wait for everything to finish and then click "connect", then "Connect to HTTP SERVICE port 8888"
5. Then then drag and drop the SD3-5_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD.sh file on the left side of the UI then click on the "Terminal" icon on the right side on the UI
6. Copy and paste these two lines then press enter:
chmod +x SD3-5_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD-V2.sh
./SD3-5_AUTO_INSTALL-RUNPOD-V2.sh
7. Wait for everything to be installed
8. Go back to the port 3000 and click on the manager to update comfyui and restart it
9. Load the SIMPLE_ALL-IN-ONE_SD_3.5_WORKFLOW.json file. Then click on "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and click on the first small checkbox to select all the nodes and then click install. It will then ask you to restart, so click on that restart button, wait for the webui to reboot, click refresh once it's done and there you go.

ok then yeah it should work then, not sure about the speed though, you can let me know (just for my curiosity) how quickly you can generate an image with your setup

Go here: https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-3.5-medium and dl the stable diffusion 3.5 Medium model and put it Inside the models/checkpoint folder. Then go here: https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/stable-diffusion-3.5-fp8/tree/main/text_encoders and download the text encoder models, clip-l, clip-g and either t5xxl_fp16.safetensors if you have more than 32gb of ram otherwise the t5xxl_fp8_e4m3fn_scaled.safetensors and place them inside the models/clip folder. And then load my Patreon workflow and follow the rest of the patreon post

2024-10-26 19:02:20 +0000 UTCThat wasn't it. I'm a contributor on a number of github projects and have had GFW installed since Pandemic Times... I don't actually know for sure what did fix the issue, but going round and round and round with 6 or 7 different iterations of trying to get *something* up and running: - using the manual SD3 install - the ComfyUI Standalone + Flux Manua install from August, - the Flux AIO installer from September, - The SD3.5 AIO from this post, - the "if you already have ComfyUI installed steps from this post... ... I was tearing my hair out, completely removing the directories between attempts and dumping them from Recycle, and about 3.5 hours into fiddling around with it, SOMETHING finally clicked and it worked "as advertised". I wish I had some idea what was different between my first and last attempts, because they were exactly the same, and the first one didn't work, and the last one did. - Create a folder 'KaiOverlord' in C:/Projects (K, my AI Overlord, yeah?) - stick the AIO batch files in that folder. - Run the auto install batch file, which ends with launching the nvidia-specific .py file and opening a browser window to the UI. The first one didn't have the Manager button. The last one did. Once that was there, everything else just clicked into place... So weird that it was so challenging and the results I had weren't repeatable from one attempt to the next at any point. Odd.

Basically it goes like this: Once the install is finished you load the Workflow json file ---> Then you click on the manager button to Update Comfyui --> Then go to Install Missing custom nodes ---> Restart webui ---> Refresh with F5 ---> IF the error message is still there AND there are no more missing custom nodes to install ---> You Load some random workflow json file--l--> Then load the Ultimate Workflow json file again and the message should disapear, this troubleshoot also works on Runpod

2024-10-26 11:59:24 +0000 UTCprobably because you don't have git for windows installed already so it couldn't have clone the manager github, it's an easy fix, just dl git for windows and install it: https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/download/v2.47.0.windows.1/Git-2.47.0-64-bit.exe then go to the ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes folder click on the folder path then type cmd press enter and in the command prompt window that just appeared you're gonna type: git clone https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git then press enter now if you reopen comfyui the manager will be here

2024-10-26 11:46:29 +0000 UTCSo, I finally installed it in the correct place and I've updated everything. The only problem now is that none of the nodes show on the screen. All I have are connections going to nothing. Zoom doesn't work, nor does the move canvas. UPDATE: I've tried disabling custom nodes, that didn't work. I tried a fresh install, still no luck (white screen). Tried installing through Pinokio, refuses to run (Cannot GET /pinokio/--allow-file-access-from-files) I think I'm done with ComfyUI, it's just not worth it.

2024-10-25 10:00:37 +0000 UTCAlrighty a fresh install seems to have worked. I can now generate the image you had in the workflow preloaded. Everything just feels a bit clunky, meaning, it takes a while to generate a simple 1024/1024 image and I have to close all other apps down first. I remember automatic111111 being much faster. I tried both this one and the Flux one (from your previous post), but I’ve since deleted it all. I’m gonna reinstall tonight and I’ll let you know. I’ll take some screen grabs of everything. Yeah I have a founders 3090, no issues with it and I use it for some other creative work. So, yeah I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ll let you know! Thanks dude!

2024-10-24 09:45:13 +0000 UTCOkay so now I got everything set up, the UI is running, but even trying to Queue a 512x512 image, the UI just gets stuck at 88% and won't generate anything and it makes everything lag. I have an NVIDIA 3090 and I ran the run_nvidia_gpu inititally. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? This what I get: UserWarning: 1Torch was not compiled with flash attention. Click on "Install Missing Custom Nodes" and click on the first small checkbox to select all the nodes and then click install. 3. If the message is still there but all nodes are installed, just clear the workflow and reload the json file inside

2024-10-23 21:10:30 +0000 UTCI have reloaded the .json, and I am still receiving the same 6node issues. OK, I got past those issues once I dragged the .json workflow to the middle of the work area, but when I hit queue to see if it worked, I missed the models. I'm going to fix that next!
