Little bit of narrative I have behind this is that Mel is bothering her with pictures because why not. I'd like to thing Mel has a section of their website that's just casual candid shots that seems to be popular (people like boobs, and Mel likes showing them) and she thinks people would probably also like to Kat being a lewd weirdo in her off time too. I think she's hiding her face because she didn't bother with makeup that morning and is feeling embarrased.
