To Become a King and a Magician 831-835
Added 2025-11-07 09:39:54 +0000 UTCTitle: I Want to Be the Savior Only for Morgan
Hearing the current state of the Fairy Nation (Faerieland) described by Naoki Number Two before them, Ritsuka, Mash, and Chaldea fell silent.
Fairy King, Natsukawa Naoki.
During the two thousand four hundred years they knew nothing about, the Naoki they knew had spent a long time here, making decisions and sacrifices they were unaware of, becoming the Lostbelt King dominating this Lostbelt, and ruling this Britain with his tyranny.
“Why?”
After a long silence, Ritsuka asked this question.
“Why… did the Department Head do all this? There must be a reason, right? A reason that forced the Department Head to do it.”
“If I had to say, it was for Morgan.”
Naoki Number Two said this.
“Morgan is a fairy from the Inner Sea of the Stars; she was destined to atone for the fairies’ sins and forge a new Holy Sword. But in her childhood, due to treatment from the fairies, she chose the path of saving the fairies and saving Britain.”
“When she was young, having received everything from Morgan in Pan-Human History, she knew Britain’s future and end from then on.”
“It was a deeply hopeless future, and Morgan wanted to change it. So she kept striving—for over six thousand years—and waited for Natsukawa Naoki for three thousand six hundred years… I think that’s the main reason he became like this now—for Morgan.”
“He sacrificed all of you in his past for the sake of one person’s wish.”
【Bastard.】
Merry gave an unforgiving judgment.
【After he returns, I’ll make him kneel on a washboard for months.】
“Talk about that after you defeat him.”
【Defeat… By the way, why did you send that communication to Chaldea two thousand four hundred years ago? You had just been born then, right?】
“Well… the reason’s simple—I just didn’t want him to remain a slave.” Naoki Number Two said with a bitter smile. “Though it sounds strange, I think because his desire to fulfill Morgan’s wish was too strong—and also his own inner thoughts—he made himself a slave bound by Morgan’s wish and his own mind.”
“He released his free self, released the thought of returning to Pan-Human History, choosing to stay in this Lostbelt forever—At that time, I thought it was really bad. After all, so many people in Pan-Human History were waiting to marry him. How could he stay here forever?”
“Basically, because of that somewhat impulsive thought, I wanted to send the communication to you in Chaldea.”
【Originally… So now your mind has changed?】
“I don’t know.” Naoki Number Two shook his head. “I don’t even know my own thoughts now. I’ll just follow this path to the end. After all, you keep going to different Lostbelts to bring him back, right? The goal is the same.”
“Merry, how much longer until everyone gathers?”
【At latest a week—But honestly, even if we gather everyone, we might not defeat Naoki, right?】
Naoki in Savior Mode, in terms of pure power, was at Beast level. That point alone was despairing. And according to Naoki Number Two, over these two thousand four hundred years, Naoki had also made indescribable progress in Magecraft.
Grand Magecraft covering all of Britain, Noble Phantasms usable in Mana form… Plus the deadliest Imaginary Manifestation.
How to fight that?
“There’s still a chance.”
Naoki Number Two snapped his fingers. In the circular clearing in the middle of the church near the three, ripples suddenly appeared, and a large ice block slowly emerged from empty space.
The Holy Sword with dim light was frozen inside.
“That’s the Department Head’s Holy Sword?”
“Yes—The reason Natsukawa Naoki can maintain Savior Mode power is because he traded it with the sacrifice of everything. Simply put, it’s a Contract. So, as long as the contract is broken, he can’t use Savior Mode power.”
Breaking the contract.
Merry thought for a moment.
【The contract’s terms are… ‘permanently release the Holy Sword’ and ‘release his self in Pan-Human History’, right?】
Naoki Number Two nodded: “Exactly. So, as long as he can hold the Holy Sword again, and I can merge back with him, he’ll exit Savior Mode and return to his most normal self—Though that still has Divine Spirit-level power, it’s far weaker than Savior Mode.”
【Hm, theoretically possible. But the enemies aren’t just Naoki alone, right? The Fairy Knights you mentioned who serve Naoki, and Morgan who’s now Naoki’s wife—I doubt they’ll just watch Naoki get beaten.】
Merry was right.
The enemies weren’t just the Fairy King. To bring Naoki back and turn the Fairy King into the Natsukawa Naoki they knew, the Fairy Knights and Morgan were also opponents to face.
【In terms of combat power, how strong are the Fairy Knights and Morgan?】
“Among the Fairy Knights, only Fairy Knight Lancelot and Fairy Knight Gawain are worth fighting. One is the incarnation of Dragon Albion—the strongest comprehensive fairy, the mightiest being in this Britain besides the Fairy King. The other is a black dog fairy that can devour Mana.”
“And beyond their fairy essence, they wear Shells called Fairy Knights made by Naoki and Morgan based on the Knights of the Round Table, adding more power points. Plus, both have real-time protection from the Fairy King. Whatever special abilities they gain in battle.”
“Best to consider both as strong individuals who can fight several Demon God Pillars alone.”
“As for Morgan… normal-state Naoki.”
Naoki Number Two’s words silenced everyone again.
Two Fairy Knights who could fight several Demon God Pillars, plus Morgan equal to non-Savior Mode Naoki. To bring Naoki back to Pan-Human History, these four enemies had to be defeated and overcome.
Ritsuka and Mash’s faces looked grim.
Seeing their expressions, Naoki Number Two comforted them.
“Well, don’t make faces like that, Ritsuka, Mash.”
“It’s not time to start fighting yet. Until everyone from Chaldea gathers, you two stay on this island and rest well. Unlike the British Isles, this is the only island not under the Fairy King’s surveillance and completely undisturbed.”
“After everyone gathers, we’ll properly discuss what to do next.”

Title: I’m Back, Father
While some people on the Boundary Isle were discussing various matters.
On the British Isles.
In Camelot, the King’s Castle that rules over all Britain, located beside the Great Pit.
Gawain was walking while carrying Artoria—whose hands were handcuffed—toward the audience with the Fairy King and Queen.
“Oh la la~~~ Already back? My beloved little sister?”
Just before entering the Throne Room, in front of the tightly closed door, such a voice reached both of them. Artoria’s body suddenly trembled slightly; she looked a bit afraid as she turned toward the source of the voice.
Beside the corridor leading to the Throne Room, a beautiful red-haired girl in a bright red dress leaned against the wall, waving at her with a wide smile.
“Tristan…”
“Wrong~~~”
The girl called Tristan approached Artoria, reached out, and pinched Artoria’s round cheeks several times: “You have to call me Big Sister~~~ My little sister, Lia.”
“Ugh… I can’t… breathe… B-Big Sis~~~”
“There we go!”
Fairy Knight Tristan—whose real name is Baobhan Sith—only released Artoria’s face with satisfaction after hearing the title she liked, then turned to Gawain: “You must be tired too, big ol’ Barghest. It must’ve been quite troublesome bringing back my runaway little sister, right?”
“No, not at all, Your Highness the First Princess.”
Gawain bowed respectfully to Tristan.
In terms of seniority among the three Fairy Knights, the most senior is Lancelot, followed by Gawain, and lastly Tristan. The power ranking is the same. Baobhan Sith is not a strong fairy. Even after donning her shell, she only reaches upper-middle tier among fairies.
Moreover, she does not receive protection from the Fairy King.
This is why Naoki Number Two said only two Fairy Knights are worth fighting. Compared to the opponents that truly need to be faced, Tristan is not a target of concern.
But in terms of status, Tristan ranks second among the Fairy Knights. After Melusine—who has followed the Fairy King since two thousand four hundred years ago and can almost be considered a second Queen to this day—the next is Baobhan Sith, the Fairy King’s daughter.
Gawain—Barghest—actually has the lowest status.
Of course, even so, the relationship among the three Fairy Knights does not change due to rank or differences. Basically, the three have a very good relationship—not only because they share the goal of serving the Fairy King, but also due to various encouragements from the Fairy King and Queen.
After over a thousand years together, the three Fairy Knights can be said to be a solid trio.
Only the stiff and serious Barghest still uses formal speech with Baobhan Sith and Melusine in public.
Baobhan Sith smiled: “After Lia’s matter is settled, how about we have a pajama party with Big Sis Melusine? For Lia… well, she’ll probably be punished privately by Father, so we might have to wait another time, yeah?”
“Uhiii~~~~!”
Artoria immediately grew frightened upon hearing that.
“Um… Big Sister, Barghest, could you maybe later…”
“Don’t worry, I’ll help put in a few sweet words for you,” Baobhan Sith laughed. “But Father really loves you, so I don’t think the punishment will be too harsh. At most a few days of confinement. We’ll sneak in to keep you company later.”
“Your Highnesses, this is not something to discuss in front of the Throne Room.”
Barghest reminded with slight embarrassment.
Though their personal relationship is good, Artoria is currently guilty. Openly chatting like this is not proper.
“Oh, right.” Baobhan Sith clapped her hands. “Then it’s decided—I’ll go in first to see Father and Mother. After that, you two come in—”
Enter together.
Before Baobhan Sith finished, an authoritative voice suddenly projected into all three of their minds.
Baobhan Sith and Barghest immediately put on serious faces.
Transmitting voice directly into others’ minds—like the surveillance Magecraft spread across all Britain—is an achievement of the Fairy King through Magecraft. Only inside Camelot can the Fairy King send orders directly into minds without limit.
(Your command, Father)
(Your command, Your Majesty)
After answering in their minds, Baobhan Sith and Barghest stopped personal communication with Artoria. They very professionally escorted her through the already-open Throne Room gates before them.
Unlike the exterior decorated magnificently like a dream fairy-tale land—a city in the clouds—the interior of the Throne Room was quite empty, almost devoid of decoration. There was only one massive throne large enough for two, and one back door directly facing the entrance and the Great Pit behind.
And inside the Throne Room, there weren’t many people.
This was natural. The Fairy King enforces tyranny and dictatorial domination. All orders and laws he issues are discussed only with the Queen, his beloved wife. Ministers or the like are completely unnecessary; only mouthpieces to convey messages are needed.
Thus, in the vast Throne Room, there were only five people, including Baobhan Sith, Barghest, and Artoria.
Bringing Artoria before the throne, Barghest bowed her head and knelt before the two monarchs on the throne.
“Fairy Knight Gawain reporting: per Your Majesty the Fairy King’s order, I have retrieved Her Highness the Second Princess, Artoria Caster—who fled the King’s Castle several days ago—from the Boundary Isle.”
【Well done, Fairy Knight Gawain. Step back for now; I will discuss a fitting reward with you privately later.】
On the throne.
The Fairy King, bathed in golden-white light, answered thus. After waving to dismiss Barghest from his presence, the Fairy King turned to Artoria not far away.
At that moment, the gaze fixed on her made Artoria unconsciously tremble.
【Eleven days—that is how long you left the King’s Castle.】
【Welcome home, Artoria Caster.】
【My beloved daughter, my cherished Child of Prophecy.】
“Yes.”
Artoria bit her lip.
“I’m back… Father.”
-
Title: One Arm of Mine
Father.
Hearing Artoria address him thus—and knowing all present were his trusted confidants—Naoki, seated on the throne, withdrew the golden-white light he used to project authority and revealed his true form.
Just like two thousand four hundred years ago, even though he had relinquished his identity as the Bearer of the Star Holy Sword and discarded all his memories, Naoki’s appearance remained unchanged. As an Elemental Spirit, natural physical change was impossible for him.
Thus, despite the passage of two thousand four hundred years, Naoki still looked like a teenager of seventeen or eighteen. Only a faint aura of maturity radiating from his brows truly conveyed the time he had lived through.
“Your tone sounds a bit tense.”
Naoki gazed at Artoria.
“Are you wondering what punishment I’ll give you, Lia?”
“Could Father possibly be planning to forgive me?”
That was impossible.
Artoria understood her father’s character well. Though he was gentle with her most of the time, when she made a mistake, he became extremely strict.
It was Naoki in such moments that was the main reason Artoria called him that bastard.
“You know I’m not one to spoil you.” Naoki said.
“Leaving the King’s Castle without permission, ignoring my and Morgan’s orders to return, clashing with Barghest who went to retrieve you, and setting foot on the Boundary Isle I forbade—Since punishing each separately would be too troublesome, this time I’ll treat all four as one offense and punish you accordingly.”
As he spoke, three doors—seemingly composed of countless silver prism blocks—appeared before Artoria.
Displacement Magecraft.
Since Artoria had been forced to learn this Magecraft too, she recognized it immediately.
“The punishment I’ll give you is your mother’s Garden.”
Naoki announced Artoria’s sentence.
“I’ve randomly selected three Gardens from all of them. Choose one you like and enter. You’ll reflect alone inside for a week. Whatever you want to say, I’ll listen carefully after you come out.”
“Whether it’s your thoughts on running away from home, or the people you met outside—even if you don’t say it, I’ll make you. Remember this well.”
Listening to Naoki’s words and seeing the three light doors before her, Artoria felt relieved.
Garden—that was one of the several Grand Magecrafts mastered by her adoptive mother, Morgan. It was a type of cursed artifact that could trap the target, such as Sweet Dream, Abyss, Disappointment, Innocent Person, and others. Frankly, it was a shield with various attributes.
When Artoria made mistakes as a child, or when she couldn’t learn magic, Naoki and Morgan would use the Garden to punish her. It had been her special punishment since childhood.
(Punished this way means it’s still within normal limits… Thank goodness.)
After randomly choosing one of the light doors, Artoria walked straight in.
The moment the light door vanished and Artoria was truly locked inside the Garden—
“Father~~~~~!”
As if freed from restraint, Baobhan Sith standing below leaped toward Naoki on the throne. But just before touching her father, a light door appeared before her, sending her back to her original position.
Seeing his overly eager adoptive daughter, Naoki sighed slightly: “Official business isn’t finished yet. Be patient a little longer, Baobhan Sith. Alright, now let’s discuss your reward, Barghest.”
Naoki turned to the most loyal knight on the other side.
“Speak—what reward do you want? As long as I can grant it, anything is fine. I saw through Magecraft—you were pushed into the sea by Lia, right? Her mischief must’ve troubled you. As her father and your King, I must apologize in every way.”
“No, please do not say such things, Your Majesty.”
Barghest immediately knelt on one knee.
“Whatever Your Majesty commands, I, Gawain, will accomplish. The difficulties endured are nothing. Your Majesty need not apologize to me.”
“Moreover, I am grateful to Your Majesty for being willing to give such a lenient punishment to Her Highness Princess Artoria.”
“Which parent could bear to truly strike and scold their own child?” Naoki rubbed his forehead resignedly. “It was just running away from home once. Let’s say she went out for fun. If she hadn’t gone straight to Orkney, I wouldn’t have sent you to bring her back.”
Boundary Isle Orkney.
In this Britain, Artoria could go anywhere she wanted—except there.
“Barghest, did you see the Guardian?”
“Yes. As usual, the Guardian showed no abnormal behavior, but… this time, there were others besides the Guardian on the island.”
Naoki frowned: “A red-haired girl, and a girl holding a large shield?”
“Truly astonishing, Your Majesty. Exactly so.”
Orkney was outside the surveillance Magecraft’s range. Naoki in Camelot should not know about Orkney. Yet now he accurately described Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash—Barghest’s reverence for her King deepened.
There was nothing on the British Isles unknown to her King. The King was the omniscient and omnipotent Fairy King who knew everything.
“They’ve finally come, huh.”
Propping his chin, Naoki recalled the extremely empty memories in his mind—like dry document reports.
Chaldea, Fujimaru Ritsuka, Mash Kyrielight… With their arrival, the now-calm Britain might stir again. Though easy to crush, using precious Mana on something as boring as that would be wasteful.
“Whatever, I’ll tell Cnoc na Riabh to watch them later—Back to the main topic, Barghest. Since you have no request, I’ll decide your reward myself.”
“Your command.”
“Let me think… By the way, Barghest, how long has it been since the last time? It should be a month, right?”
Naoki pondered for a moment.
“One arm of mine—how about a reward like that?”
-
Title: The Black Dog I Keep
One arm.
The reward Naoki decided on took into account Barghest’s personal circumstances.
This story begins with the Great Calamity that occurred in Fairy Age year 1000.
Britain experiences a calamity every hundred years, and a Great Calamity every thousand. In year 1000, the Great Calamity arrived on schedule—but unlike previous Great Calamities that Naoki and Morgan could easily crush, this one was different.
The Naraku Worm sleeping deep beneath the British Isles—after the events of year 400—intervened in Britain once more. It spurred the birth of the Mors King, who led an army of Mors to invade all of Britain.
As a result, at the cost of destroying the Wind Clan’s territory, Salisbury, Naoki used Moon Fall to annihilate the Mors King and its army.
Afterward, as Naoki knew, the Mors King cursed the Fang Clan. This directly caused Barghest to be born in the Fang Clan in Fairy Age year 1600.
Just like adopting Artoria, shortly after Barghest’s birth, Naoki—upon hearing the Fang Clan had birthed a fairy capable of devouring Mana—went to the Fang Clan territory, Oxford. He subdued Barghest with pure strength and made her his subordinate, bestowing upon her the name Fairy Knight Gawain.
From then on, Barghest became the most loyal knight under Naoki.
This wasn’t just because Naoki held absolute power over her, nor because he willingly accepted her as a foreign creature.
Another key reason was that Naoki had the ability to keep Barghest.
Barghest had an innate urge—she wanted to devour those she loved.
“Those she loved” weren’t just romantic partners. Barghest’s principle was survival of the fittest. As long as the target was strong, she would unconsciously lower her guard, grow close, even become lovers. She could fall in love at first sight without meaning to.
But due to that urge, she often devoured her lovers in less than a month and returned to being single.
Thus, Naoki proposed this arrangement—he allowed Barghest to consider him, the strongest in all Britain, as her lover. If she wanted to eat him, that was fine. Arms, legs, or body—if she wanted to eat, go ahead. As long as it satisfied her.
After all, Naoki was immortal in multiple senses.
Even without the Holy Sword and its scabbard, the terrifying Mana in Savior Mode allowed regeneration—and even semi-permanent resurrection operations.
So from then on, Barghest became the black dog Naoki kept, his most loyal knight. Naoki became her eternal lover who would never leave her and could always accompany her.
Though Barghest felt this was improper toward Queen Morgan, it actually deepened her loyalty further—she became even more devoted to Morgan for allowing such interaction with her King.
Giving his arm as a reward to Barghest—to suppress her urge—was something Naoki had done frequently over the past thousand years.
“Thank you, Your Majesty.”
Barghest, her face slightly flushed, joyfully accepted the reward.
Meanwhile, Baobhan Sith—sharply noticing the blush on Barghest’s cheeks—couldn’t help speaking up: “I’m telling you~~~~~ you’re really easy to please, Barghest. A little greed wouldn’t hurt, you know? I don’t think Father would mind. Right, Father?”
“No, how could I… I’m just a knight—how dare I ask for more grace from Your Majesty? I’m already deeply honored with the current state; I truly dare not ask for too much.”
“You’re really too easily satisfied, unlike me.”
Baobhan Sith laughed and approached Naoki: “Father, business is done. Now can you be with me—”
“What are you doing, Baobhan Sith?”
Just as Baobhan Sith was about to cling to her father, a cold voice suddenly came from the Throne Room entrance.
Baobhan Sith and Barghest froze. They turned simultaneously toward the entrance and immediately knelt before the figure appearing at the threshold.
“Mother.”
“Queen.”
The newcomer was none other than Morgan, now the Winter Queen.
Morgan paid no attention to the kneeling Barghest or Baobhan Sith hurriedly stepping away from Naoki. Though they were her trusted knights and beloved daughter, the moment she entered the Throne Room, Morgan’s heart was no longer on them.
Approaching Naoki, sitting beside him on the throne, and connecting her magic circuit to it, Morgan naturally leaned into Naoki’s chest.
“I sensed Artoria entering my Garden. You let her in?”
“Yes. To handle a rebellious daughter who ran away from home, locking her up for a bit is enough.” Naoki said, combing her hair from behind. “What brings you here?”
“Just checking the Great Pit’s situation. Even with you here, I’m still a little worried. Call it overthinking.” Morgan said, “Is business finished?”
“After this, I need to contact Cnoc na Riabh. Chaldea has arrived at Orkney—If they just stay there, I have no plans to eliminate them. But the moment they intend to leave Orkney, annihilate or capture and imprison them all the instant they set foot on British soil.”
“Cnoc na Riabh, huh… Yes, Mab’s daughter can be trusted.”
After saying that, Morgan looked down at Baobhan Sith and Barghest.
“Withdraw, Tristan, Gawain. Lancelot is waiting for you in the rear garden. You promised to gather, didn’t you?”
“Eh—Ah~~~~~ Right!”
This was the Queen’s cue to dismiss them—Baobhan Sith realized it immediately.
Their mother had strong possessiveness over their father. If it was unavoidable like with Barghest, that was fine. But if anyone else tried to get close to Father, Mother’s mood would instantly sour!
(Tch, what a shame. This was a good chance to get close to Father… Do I have to wait another time with Big Sis Melusine?)
Baobhan Sith, with her little plan in mind, left with Barghest.
After the two departed, only Morgan and Naoki remained in the empty Throne Room.
“Mmm…”
No words or glances were needed—their feelings over two thousand four hundred years made them naturally embrace and kiss.
This was their private time. Daughters, knights, or anything else were too disruptive right now.

Title: The Forced Marriage Squad Is About to Arrive on the Battlefield
In Pan-Human History, inside Chaldea.
One week quickly passed after Chaldea received the communication from Naoki two thousand four hundred years ago.
Under Merry and Gray’s coordination, all the women connected to Naoki—except those who couldn’t be considered direct combat strength—had now gathered at Chaldea.
The Aozaki sisters (the Fifth Magician and Grand Doll Master), the father-daughter King Arthur pair, the Sajyou family twins, the Shinsengumi First Division captain, and the former Church Executor… Only after everyone assembled did Chaldea’s new staff realize just how immense the influence of the man they’d been searching for truly was.
If Naoki didn’t return, the entire mystic world would face a huge crisis!
“Alright, everyone’s here now.”
As the Eldest Sister among all present, Merry—rarely serious—stood solemnly before the group gathered in Central Control.
“Excluding Riddell and Marie (who can’t be counted as combat strength), Ayaka (whose combat power is lacking), and Shiki (who refused to come)—plus me, who must stay here for the connection—the rest of you will now Rayshift from Pan-Human History to Lostbelt Britain.”
“The goal of this trip doesn’t need stating. Everyone here already knows it clearly.”
“That is—to recapture a certain bastard who’s been wandering alone outside for two thousand four hundred years, ignoring home, even secretly marrying and having kids on the side—then punish him under family law!”
The information about Naoki’s two thousand four hundred years in Lostbelt Britain had been compiled by Merry into an archive file after communicating with Naoki Number Two earlier and distributed to everyone present.
Thus, as Merry said, everyone knew exactly what Naoki had done over the past two thousand four hundred years.
And they all harbored varying degrees of anger toward their lover.
Though some could accept Naoki’s actions, and a few might even help him there—at minimum, everyone agreed on wanting to beat him up.
Even Artoria, the most affected, felt the same.
“Still… it’s a bit hard to accept.” Artoria sighed softly. “Disguising as Merlin to teach the father in that Lostbelt, marrying the Queen there, and adopting the me in that Lostbelt as his daughter… What exactly was Master thinking?”
“The relationships are a complete mess.”
Aoko smiled bitterly: “Well, based on my understanding of him, the marriage aside—the other two were probably just to hide something, right?”
“Exactly.” Merry nodded. “In fact, according to Naoki Number Two, aside from us who know, in that Lostbelt, Merlin and the Fairy King are completely different figures in history.”
Merlin, a renowned sage in Fairy Nation history, who taught the human knight Uther, raised him into a competent king—but left before he won the Autumn War, letting Uther be poisoned by fairies—such is the historical record.
There is no part linking him to the Holy Sword Bearer, the Savior, or the Fairy King.
“Well, there might’ve been errors during historical transmission. After all, two thousand four hundred years is a long time. It’s not strange for legends to change.” Merry laughed. “By the way, Aoko, keep this safe.”
“Hm? What is it?”
Aoko took the item from Merry’s hand and found it was ten golden rings. This made her unconsciously search for a certain figure.
“Romani isn’t in Chaldea right now.” Merry explained. “Well, according to him, this is our business next, and there’s nothing more he needs to do. So he’ll be slacking off in the infirmary until it’s over.”
“He’s at least a Deputy Commander…”
“That’s being handled by me now. As for these ten rings, the reason Romani gave is the same as what Naoki said back then.”
Half a year ago, after obtaining the ten rings and invading Goetia, Naoki had Aoko bring the rings and Goetia back to Chaldea, telling Roman he didn’t need them anymore—let King Solomon keep them, returning the items to their original owner.
But now, Roman used the same reason to hand the ten rings and Goetia to Merry, hoping she’d find someone to deliver them to Naoki far away in the Lostbelt.
“They were mine, but that was then. Now I’m just an ordinary human with no relation to King Solomon. So give these to someone who can use them better—he said that, by the way. Oh, and Goetia is currently sleeping inside the ten rings.”
Hearing Merry’s explanation, Aoko sighed helplessly: “The Ten Rings and Human Order Incineration Ritual, considered treasures by the entire mystic world, are being tossed around like trash by these two?”
“But in the end, they’ll return to Naoki’s hands, right?”
“I know. Once I get there, I’ll hand them over after beating him senseless.”
Saying this, Aoko wasn’t actually very confident.
Though after the Human Order Incineration ended, she had traveled various world lines via magic to train herself and considered her progress massive over the past half-year—compared to Naoki in Savior Mode who could directly suppress Beasts, she was clearly still far behind.
“I guess I’ll be the main force when the time comes.”
Arcueid, dragged out of her dream by Merry, said with a laugh.
If the combined power of everyone present was one hundred, Arcueid alone contributed about ninety. After all, only a monster with infinite Mana could fight a monster with infinite Mana.
“Lady Merry! All coffins have been adjusted. Rayshift can commence at any time!”
The control room staff reported.
Merry nodded slightly and, after one final sweep of everyone present—
“Then, now—we officially begin Chaldea’s final Rayshift.”
“Target: Lostbelt Britain, the Fairy Nation ruled by the Fairy King and Winter Queen! Upon arrival at Boundary Isle Orkney, everyone will follow Naoki Number Two toward the British Isles.”
“There is only one mission.”
“—Bring Naoki back to marry us!”
(At least make the last line serious!)
