Little Garden 91-95

Title: If It’s Nyarlathotep the Infiltrator

Although everything had gone smoothly, just as no one knows whether tomorrow or an accident will arrive first—when Aslan unified Sakura’s existence and possibilities, something unexpected occurred.

Spirit Status is an extremely dominant entity. Any being granted a Spirit Status—whether it be a copy or a derivative entity—will be absorbed and unified by that very Spirit Status.

Of course, this also included Heroic Spirit Ais designed based on the Matou Sakura model—in a sense, entities whose Origin resembled Matou Sakura’s.

Originally, these entities would only be unified by the Spirit Status as possibilities, without affecting the actual existence involved.

However, Aslan never expected—or rather, he simply didn’t know—that BB possessed a form fused with the divinity of the Outer God Nyarlathotep: BB Summer.

Well, what could he do? Aslan hadn’t been a Type-Moon gazer before his transmigration. His knowledge of FGO was merely superficial.

So, the accident happened.

“Huuu-huuu-huuu!!!”

“What the hell is that?!”

Aslan clutched his head in agony. He felt his sanity crumbling, his mind on the verge of exploding.

If not for the Dog Sun Authority within him suddenly flaring to life and shielding his consciousness, he likely would have descended into total madness at that moment.

“Nyarlathotep?”

Yet, because he managed to withstand a direct gaze upon the true form of an Evil God—even from a Four-Digit perspective—Aslan gained immense knowledge.

But instinctively, he rejected that knowledge and sealed it away inside a Magic: The Gathering card.

“Why did I forget that the Type-Moon world also has Cthulhu Mythos Outer Gods?!”

“Damn it!”

Aslan sighed deeply. He’d nearly lost it for the first time.

It must’ve been Three-Digit, right? Had to be, right?

If it were Two-Digit, even a direct view of a Two-Digit-level Outer God’s true form might have overwhelmed him—even Sun Authority couldn’t have saved him.

At this moment, Aslan finally realized how vast the gap truly was between himself and a Three-Digit existence.

He began to suspect that Little Garden wasn’t actually restricting humans from reaching Three-Digit status all that much.

After all, if humans can’t become Three-Digit, why not just stop being human?

The Omnipotence Paradox doesn’t only limit Three-Digits—it also restricts Human Spirit Status from ascending to Three-Digit.

But this restriction isn’t as absolute as imagined.

Even so, Aslan rarely heard of anyone in Little Garden ascending to Three-Digit through their own power.

In fact, why didn’t Kasukabe Koumei become a Three-Digit after losing his Human Spirit Status?

The main reason might be that the gap between Three-Digit and Four-Digit is simply too enormous.

The truth is, even someone like himself—nearly touching abnormal Four-Digit levels—couldn’t directly perceive a Three-Digit’s true form.

Was that really the scale of the difference?

A gap so vast it induced utter despair.

From star-destroying level, to galactic-scale structure, down to individual beings—

Was this the difference between Four-Digit and Three-Digit?

Aslan now understood why gods and buddhas chose to remain in Little Garden. After all, in Little Garden, everyone was Three-Digit—in theory, they were all roughly equal.

But beyond Little Garden, the scale among Three-Digits could vary wildly.

As for the Nyarlathotep just now, Aslan sensed that the other party wasn’t some weakling among Little Garden’s Three-Digits.

“Maybe… I should just prepare to retreat?”

Aslan didn’t hesitate at all. Having gathered Sakura’s Spirit Status, he prepared to flee.

When in doubt—run!

*DANG!*

Just as Aslan turned to escape, a crowbar resembling the Holy Sword of Physics came out of nowhere and slammed into his head.

“Nyaruko infiltration successful!”

A sweet voice rang out behind Aslan. But if one listened closely, unimaginable meaning lay hidden beneath it.

Thanks to Dog Sun Authority’s strong resistance against negative effects, Aslan didn’t pass out.

He managed to endure the sneak attack from Nyarlathotep’s crowbar strike.

“Huh? You’re still conscious? Then one more hit!”

Nyaruko grinned mischievously at Aslan, gripping her crowbar with both hands, ready to strike again.

“Wait, Nyaruko, that’s not your character!”

Aslan raised his hand to stop her next move, rubbing the massive anime-style bump swelling on the back of his head, still smoking slightly.

“Oh? So you understand me too? Do you have supplies then?”

Nyaruko sat beside Aslan and set down her crowbar. She stared at him curiously.

Her avatar was modeled after an anime character. She had come here seeking a high school student to experience everyday life and teenage romance.

Thus, her avatar’s personality closely mirrored that of the anime: a girl who loved anime.

So, when facing this avatar, if you offered her anime she hadn’t seen before, you might receive a blessing in return.

“Of course! Why are you even asking me?”

As he spoke, Aslan casually pulled out a huge stack of tapes and placed them in front of Nyaruko.

“Not enough—I’ve still got more…”

After all, anime wasn’t a rare commodity. Every modern world developed differently.

Though fate might cause similarities, the chance of excellent works emerging was even higher.

Besides, Aslan had founded an ACG company before awakening his Spark. His only regret was failing to find a heroine-wife like in the old days.

Not even a single beautiful girl appeared. It was a brutally realistic daily life.

“This… what is this?! Are these products from the Galactic Entertainment Center?!”

Nyaruko stared, stunned, at the towering pile of high-quality anime, speechless.

“But the only thing I’m sad about is there aren’t many Kamen Rider tokusatsu films… But maybe the next world will have them, right?”

Aslan casually flirted with Nyaruko. After all, he could now only believe this Nyaruko was an avatar based on that anime character.

Meanwhile, Aslan had quietly inserted the Earth from his descent worldline into a Land card, preparing to escape.

After all, facing an Outer God—better to retreat and run!

I’m terribly sorry, but I respectfully decline.

(Goodbye, Nyaruko. I’ll return to Little Garden for now.)

Yet, just as Aslan was about to leave, a hand firmly grabbed his ankle—and yanked him violently from outside the world back into the Root.

“Darling, is something wrong with me? Why are you leaving me~?”

“Let go of me, Nyaruko!”

“No! Unless Darling takes me to elope to another world!”

“So… this is love at first sight? This is way too reckless!”

-

Title: Plan for the Construction of a Second Little Garden

“Let me go!”

“No!”

“So what do I have to do for you to let me go, Nyaruko?”

Aslan said resignedly. Honestly, who would want to be targeted by a Cthulhu Mythos Outer God?

Especially when it was this incarnation of Nyarlathotep herself.

Aslan would sooner believe that Queen Halloween and the White Night Demon Lord could get along than believe that Nyaruko genuinely didn’t want to cause trouble.

“Unless Darling agrees to take me out of this world.”

After all, not every god possessed the ability to cross worlds. Even Little Garden itself was the result of cooperation among multiple pantheons.

Even within Little Garden, only a few deities could independently traverse worlds.

And especially for them—original Outer Gods from the Type-Moon world.

“Alright, alright, fine! When I return next time, I’ll take you out of this world!”

Aslan groaned, his head spinning.

But he’d only commit to taking Nyaruko out—whether she could enter Little Garden or not was another matter entirely.

In Little Garden, there was even a Cthulhu cultist faction, but because they were too chaotic and their worldview wasn’t grounded in Human History, neither Little Garden nor Human History accepted them.

They seemed to be blocked outside by heavenly armies. Although Evil Gods existed in Little Garden, there were no Outer Gods, Elder Gods, or similar entities.

So Aslan decided to leave that problem to the heavenly forces. Wasn’t that their job anyway?

“Darling is so kind to me~”

As she spoke, Nyaruko lunged at him, rubbing her face against him like an emotionally overwhelmed girl.

But Aslan kept a blank expression, desperately trying to push her away with his hands—unsuccessfully.

If only he could ignore the indescribable essence of this girl, and disregard their current surroundings, perhaps he could accept it.

But the problem was, Aslan couldn’t ignore it. His face showed nothing short of a death-wish expression…

Sorry, but his tastes remained human—he couldn’t accept the aesthetics of an indescribable entity.

But what could he do?

It was his fault for being too careless and underestimating the depth of the Type-Moon world.

Indeed, in any world connected to a multiverse, one should never be too reckless.

Ironically, the world Aslan feared most—the Servant verse—he hadn’t encountered. Instead, he ran into Nyaruko.

He had even willingly crashed into her. Foolishly, while unifying Sakura’s Spirit Status, he caught sight of Nyarlathotep’s divinity within BB Summer.

Aslan’s feelings right now were like seeing two overlapping selves from different worlds.

The sensation of simultaneously perceiving a beautiful girl and an indescribable entity.

“Fine, just get inside first.”

As he spoke, Aslan pulled out a Creature card and said to Nyaruko:

“Get in first. When I return to Little Garden, I’ll smuggle you in too.”

Nyaruko obediently stepped into the card.

Aslan wiped sweat from his forehead, took a deep breath, and calmed himself.

Deceiving a Three-Digit existence—especially one from beyond the world—was far too nerve-wracking for him.

As for whether Nyaruko had truly fallen in love with him—love at first sight—Did he believe it? Aslan didn’t.

This Nyaruko had almost openly admitted she modeled her avatar after watching the anime Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos.

If Aslan believed it, he’d truly become a troublemaker.

Even if it was love at first sight, it was Cthulhu-style love at first sight—and frankly, Aslan couldn’t bear such a heavy burden.

Although back when he watched Nyarko-san, he’d been quite envious of the protagonist.

But now that the real Nyaruko had actually appeared beside him?

Nyarlathotep, please go as far away from him as possible.

Sorry, but Aslan preferred to keep his distance.

For now, he just hoped to return safely—without having to “die” and then “resurrect.”

“Let’s go. This Root vortex is truly not a good place!”

【Wait, don’t leave yet】

“???”

So… was this going to end or not?

Aslan froze, ready to curse—but after seeing information that seemed to come directly from Little Garden’s Central Core,

He immediately swallowed the swear words forming in his mouth.

“Big sis Central Core, is there something special here?”

Aslan scratched his head in confusion. While the Root vortex was special, wasn’t it insufficient reason for Little Garden’s Central Core itself to appear?

【True Star Creation.】

“You mean… this Root vortex is True Star Creation?”

Aslan felt as if a mountain of treasure had dropped on his head, leaving him slightly dizzy.

Yet it made sense. Everything in the Type-Moon world flowed and evolved from the Root vortex.

Meaning the entire Type-Moon Multiverse was merely the output of this vortex.

Thus, the Root vortex deserved to be called True Star Creation.

Then what exactly is True Star Creation?

The most essential True Treasure in the creation of Little Garden’s universe is [Star Creation: The Original Star].

And even Another Cosmology—the highest True Treasure in Little Garden, whose power can destroy an entire universe—still stands two levels below True Star Creation.

Another Cosmology → True Cosmology → True Star Creation.

Still, Aslan quickly calmed down. After all, the Root vortex was already here, and he lacked the ability to move it.

This Root vortex wasn’t like a Holy Grail—something usable immediately upon acquisition.

Wait, if so, could the Holy Grail itself be considered True Star Creation?

Maybe that was what Aslan should’ve been striving for.

As for this Root vortex—it had existed here for countless billions of years, and no one had ever succeeded in purifying and taking it away.

It was estimated only a Two-Digit being could possibly carry the Root vortex.

【Yes.】

“So… you want it?”

Aslan asked curiously. He didn’t understand why Little Garden’s Central Core had suddenly appeared.

Could it be asking for help again?

【Star creation. Clone. New Central Core.】

“You mean… making this Root vortex into your clone?”

Aslan seemed to grasp Central Core’s idea.

Most likely, Little Garden’s Central Core didn’t want to die—because Little Garden, in a certain sense, wouldn’t last much longer.

Some gods and buddhas already planned to destroy the current Little Garden and create a new one, meaning the old Central Core would certainly be eliminated.

Moreover, Little Garden’s Central Core was bound by rules set by the gods and buddhas, leaving it powerless to resist.

So, driven by survival instinct, it sought a sliver of hope—a backup clone was better than none.

Of course, there was another reason: this world’s solar system and Human History bore extremely high similarity to the Human History observed by Little Garden.

Elements from various mythologies were also quite complete.

It could serve as a backup Human History. Once the old Little Garden and its Human History were destroyed, a new Little Garden—free from the gods’ and buddhas’ restrictive rules—could be rapidly established.

One might call it shedding old skin and embracing a fresh beginning.

But since when had Little Garden’s Central Core become so clever?

-

Title: Why Does Little Garden’s Central Core Seem Increasingly Ridiculous?

【Do you think I won’t hit you if I say so?】

As if sensing Aslan’s rather insulting thoughts, Little Garden’s Central Core replied with a hint of irritation.

Did he think the Central Core had learned nothing after being deceived for so long by the gods and buddhas?

But what could it do?

If not for Aslan, its situation wouldn’t be much better than Human History itself.

Or rather, if the gods and buddhas were sucking blood from Human History, then the Central Core was merely the tool used to draw that blood.

Yet it didn’t understand—wasn’t Little Garden originally created to guide the development of Human History? To mutually benefit alongside Human History?

After all, merit and influence were useless to Human History.

If Human History were compared to a bonfire, then the gods, buddhas, and Little Garden were the firekeepers ensuring the flames burned longer.

In return, the gods, buddhas, and Little Garden had the right to warm themselves by the fire—to enjoy its warmth, i.e., gain merit and blessings.

But why didn’t it understand how Little Garden had become like this?

The original firekeeper had instead turned into a fire thief, stealing firewood from beneath the flames.

And as if that weren’t enough, the gods and buddhas also planned to harvest the experiences of the existing Little Garden and Human History to build a new Little Garden—one better suited for their exploitation and harvesting.

“So, how exactly will you transform the Root vortex into your incarnation?”

【Of course, by directly turning the Root vortex into my incarnation.】

“...”

Aslan fell completely silent. For some reason, he suddenly saw the shadow of his own boss within Little Garden’s Central Core.

“Then, what’s the detailed plan? Or what kind of help can you actually provide?”

【Hmm...】

“Don’t just stay silent! You’re making this up on the spot, aren’t you?”

Aslan felt he’d uncovered the truth. He still found Little Garden’s Central Core utterly ridiculous.

“What about essence pollution? Shouldn’t your essence be higher than the Root vortex?”

After all, one was a Central Core observing countless multiverses, while the other was merely a vortex generating the Type-Moon Multiverse.

The Central Core had consumed merit for years—it couldn’t have improved zero over time.

“This would also prevent them from detecting traces and allow us to act silently.”

【Great idea!】

“So, you’ll supply this energy—no problem, right?”

【No problem. By the way, I’ll borrow your Sun Authority for a bit.】

“...”

Aslan’s patience snapped. He felt that cooperating with this Central Core to oppose Little Garden’s gods and buddhas was an incredibly foolish choice.

Could he still surrender to a Two-Digit existence right now?

“So does that mean I’m the one supplying it?”

He said it as if Sun Authority weren’t even his, despite it being loaned by Shiroyasha.

Still, through this, Aslan could gauge the current state of Little Garden’s Central Core.

If he hadn’t tested it at first, he likely would’ve assumed the Central Core had absolutely no autonomy.

Even now, it still lacked true autonomy—but at least it could communicate independently.

Whether it was just his imagination or not, Aslan felt the Central Core’s human-like qualities were slowly increasing.

He increasingly felt it was becoming… Shiroyasha.

Wait—Sun Star Spirit of the Original Star? So Shiroyasha was truly Little Garden’s Central Core?

Only, Shiroyasha should’ve been a severed will from Little Garden’s Central Core, becoming the Sun Star Spirit of the Original Star.

That was the truth.

“I’ll be the one operating it.”

Yet this secret could only remain in Aslan’s heart. He must not reveal it until he had absolute certainty.

Aslan suspected the Central Core might not even be aware of this—or perhaps “selectively” ignored it?

If Shiroyasha realized she was the Central Core, he feared something terrifying would happen.

Better to proceed cautiously.

“Still, returning to Little Garden will have to be delayed again.”

Aslan sighed. He only hoped Nyaruko wouldn’t appear and cause trouble during these few days.

After all, a Creature card couldn’t truly seal an existence like Nyaruko—a Two-Digit being.

Then, Aslan returned to the Matou household.

At this moment, the entire world was shrouded in dream space, Displacement Magecraft, and the Boundary between illusion and reality.

The world seemed to awaken from a dream.

Everything—the biohazards, nuclear explosions, even the Holy Grail War—felt like a dream.

A dream in which no one had sacrificed anything.

“King...”

As if waking from a dream, Waver didn’t know why he was crying.

Yet he felt as though he’d lost some vital memories and experiences.

Why was he here? Why were there tears in his eyes?

He didn’t know. But what he did know was that he needed to grow stronger.

It seemed no one had truly escaped unscathed?

Aslan looked at Waver, tilted his head awkwardly, thought for a moment, then touched his forehead with one finger—helping him recall yesterday’s memories.

“Consider this my final assistance.”

As for everyone else, Aslan no longer cared.

Yet it seemed someone else hadn’t lost last night’s memories either.

◆━⊰✧⊱━◆

In Misaki City, at the Ryougi residence, a little girl practicing kendo paused briefly.

At that moment, her aura seemed to enter the Boundary of Emptiness.

She glanced toward Fuyuki City, then returned to normal and continued her training.

But Aslan didn’t notice—more accurately, he unconsciously ignored it.

Not everyone could remain in perfect strategic condition all the time.

Especially since he knew his own limits. He wasn’t a sage like Canaria.

Mistakes were normal, and often he relied on information asymmetry.

In the end, Aslan returned to the Matou household, back to Sakura, Manaka, Artoria, and Draco.

“Everyone, I’m back.”

“Big brother Aslan!”

“Prince!”

Two little girls—one tall, one small—rushed straight into Aslan’s arms.

Aslan said nothing. He simply injected their Spirit Status back into their bodies.

◆━⊰✧⊱━◆

Meanwhile, in the Throne of Heroes.

Gaia stared at Alaya, blinking in confusion.

“Strange… where’s Arthur? Why hasn’t he come back to pick us up?”

“I don’t know either.”

Alaya was still puzzled, but asking them to search for Aslan among the infinite sea of worldlines?

That would be unfairly difficult for Counter Forces.

“Maybe… maybe… maybe…”

“He forgot about us?”

Gaia asked hesitantly.

And Alaya was more blunt.

“Maybe he couldn’t do it… so he’s too afraid to come back?”

-

Title: The Abnormal Quantum Time-Lock

“Headache.”

Transforming the Root vortex with Little Garden’s Central Core essence was no easy task.

Where on earth would Aslan find an object containing the essence of Little Garden’s Central Core?

“By the way, could the Umbrella Corporation work?”

“What if I place the Umbrella Corporation across all worldlines? Doesn’t it contain even a billionth of your essence?”

Surely that should be enough to transform the Root vortex, right?

Aslan wasn’t quite sure.

【Enough.】

Seeing the response from Little Garden’s Central Core, Aslan gave a slight nod. This method would also help solidify the Beast of Progress essence he had created.

Yet he felt slightly uneasy about suddenly having the Umbrella Corporation appear in the Type-Moon world.

But right now, he couldn’t dwell on that.

“Almost forgot—I need to pick up these two Counter Forces.”

The shocks from Little Garden’s Central Core and Nyaruko had been too great, causing him to momentarily forget his promise to these two.

Yet Aslan hadn’t expected that upon entering the Throne of Heroes, he’d be greeted like this.

“That man must’ve failed and is now too scared to come!”

Alaya said boldly and loudly. She wasn’t afraid of that bastard anymore.

But Gaia seemed to realize something. She wanted to frantically warn Alaya, but saw Aslan’s “shh” gesture.

She quickly shut her mouth. Gaia was only slightly prideful and stubborn—actually quite reasonable to talk to.

Unlike Alaya, who was both cowardly and bold, like a mischievous little girl.

Then Gaia quietly closed her eyes and silently prayed for Alaya.

“Alaya-chan, I mourn for you.”

What echoed in her ears was the loud slap of Alaya’s backside, reverberating throughout the entire Throne of Heroes.

“Why do you say I’m not brave enough to come?”

The corner of Aslan’s mouth twitched in irritation. He kindly intended to help them leave the Throne of Heroes, yet they slandered him behind his back?

“So, have you thought about how you’ll punish yourself?”

“Punish me… by playing in the Throne of Heroes?”

Alaya asked carefully.

“Why don’t I just make you into my personal heat weapon?”

Thinking she could get off with such a light punishment? Dream on. Aslan replied mercilessly.

But what he got was Alaya’s utterly terrified expression.

“Could it be… you actually want to empower all of humanity?”

Instantly, Aslan’s face darkened. This Alaya was truly naughty—she needed another lesson.

“Sorry, I’m only interested in pretty girls.”

Who would want to strengthen all of humanity?

Alaya’s appearance as a little girl was far too tempting. Who would’ve guessed the Counter Force of humanity’s collective subconscious would manifest as a cute little girl?

“Fine. Get in. I’ll try to take you out.”

As he spoke, a Land card containing the entire Earth appeared in Aslan’s palm. Alaya and Gaia cautiously poked their fingers into it to inspect.

No accidents. No endless waves of survival instincts from the Counter Forces.

Nor any instinct to merge all Counter Forces.

Conclusion: safe. They could enter.

“Wait, Alaya, isn’t the Quantum Time-Lock in this world a bit strange?”

After replacing the Counter Forces in the worldline where Aslan descended, Gaia immediately realized something was wrong.

“The end of Steel of the Land, which should’ve arrived in a hundred years—why has it been delayed by several centuries?”

Since the future had changed, Gaia couldn’t accurately state exactly how many years it had been postponed.

Having never seen this in other worldlines, where could she get reference records?

Future variables were too numerous.

In a sense, the development of the Type-Moon world perfectly matched the saying: Earth is like a small boat adrift on a vast ocean.

Surviving each day peacefully was an unimaginable miracle.

After all, the worldview of Type-Moon fundamentally relied on the Cthulhu Mythos worldview.

Within the Type-Moon Multiverse, Earth and the solar system occupied only a tiny fraction. Most of the universe belonged to Outer Gods and Elder Gods.

Without Counter Forces and the Quantum Time-Lock, who knew what disasters meddling Magi might unleash?

“I feel this worldline might allow the Quantum Time-Lock to be updated?”

Gaia stroked her chin and pondered. After all, what happened was merely the emergence of a worldwide biohazard.

It didn’t affect Gaia much. At least it wouldn’t blow up the Earth.

“Reject! Firmly reject! I won’t acknowledge this worldline!”

Alaya shouted fiercely. This worldline might be comfortable for Gaia, but not for her.

Biohazards and similar threats—if left unchecked even slightly—could wipe out all of humanity!

As Humanity’s Counter Force, if this virus showed signs of spreading, she’d dare summon Guardians on-site to eliminate all relevant individuals.

Earth might survive—but all of humanity would die!

“I think the Steel of the Land worldline was good enough. At least humans survived.”

Even though humans used genetic technology to evolve into Faerie subspecies, overall they still fell under Primates, and other Faerie subspecies remained.

Gaia might perish, but humanity would still live on.

Then, the two foolish Counter Forces started fighting.

They completely ignored Aslan’s increasingly darkening expression. Did these two Counter Forces not even consider his opinion?

“So you won’t ask for my input?”

“I created this worldline!”

Aslan grabbed one little girl in each hand, forcibly separating the bickering Counter Forces.

Yet the two little girls continued glaring at each other sharply, refusing to speak to one another.

“By the way, can this worldline be uploaded to the Quantum Time-Lock?”

Aslan asked curiously. He knew about the Quantum Time-Lock, but not its specific mechanics.

“Yes, but it must first undergo experiments across certain designated worldlines to verify it can progress further than the current records in the Quantum Time-Lock.”

Gaia nodded and explained. This was also what many Earth graduates and Crypters did.

Searching for a future that could continue across most worldlines.

Worldlines already destroyed, after Chaldea removed the destructive factors, became experimental subjects for a new future.

The final step decided by Chaldea was themselves.

-

Title: Umbrella Corporation Spanning the Multiverse

For some reason, Aslan felt that the Type-Moon world model was too similar to Little Garden’s.

No wonder Little Garden’s Central Core had chosen this world as a candidate for constructing a second Little Garden.

Even Spirit Origins, in a sense, were quite similar to Spirit Status.

“In short, it’s all about continuing history.”

One could only say this was truly a universe created by Kinoko Nasu—filled with disasters.

Especially since this world also contained Cthulhu-like entities akin to “hell.”

“By the way, Gaia, roughly how many worldlines end in Steel of the Land?” Aslan asked curiously.

“The probability is 20%. If a worldline develops normally, there’s about a 20% chance it will become Steel of the Land.”

Gaia glared at Alaya resentfully.

The end of Steel of the Land was entirely caused by humanity’s uncontrolled exploitation and consumption of Earth’s resources, leading to planetary death.

That’s why she blamed Alaya.

“That’s enough.”

Aslan recalled how he had extended the end of Steel of the Land in this world by several centuries.

One reason was the energy he provided; another might be the biohazard caused by the Blacklight Virus and the existence of Angra Mainyu.

Due to this biohazard, the human population drastically decreased, reducing planetary resource exploitation.

A 20% probability was sufficient for the Umbrella Corporation to leave a significant mark on the history of the Type-Moon world.

“So, Gaia, would you be interested in becoming CEO of the Umbrella Corporation?”

After calculating the odds, Aslan asked.

“Explain further?”

Gaia suddenly became curious, while Alaya sensed something ominous.

She felt misfortune was about to befall her.

“I plan to extend all worldlines ending in Steel of the Land by several centuries, just like this one.”

“In return, the Umbrella Corporation must appear in all those worldlines.”

After all, Aslan possessed a Land card containing the headquarters of the Umbrella Corporation from numerous parallel worldlines.

This Land card held one-billionth of Little Garden’s essence.

With the Umbrella Corporation’s help, its headquarters would also be projected into the Type-Moon world.

“Hm? Really? That would require terrifying amounts of energy.”

Gaia stared at Aslan in shock. She knew exactly how much energy was needed to alter the future—especially across hundreds of years.

And with a 20% probability, the scale was unimaginable.

“You don’t need to worry about that. The important thing now is—can you do it?”

“With your position as Earth’s Counter Force.”

After thinking for a moment, Gaia shook her head slightly.

“It’s difficult. I can’t intervene in Counter Forces from other worldlines. Even this worldline’s Counter Force only changed because of you.”

However, when Gaia saw Manaka at the Matou household preparing lunch for Aslan, an idea struck her.

“I know! I can make your Angra Mainyu into Earth UO.”

Earth UO (Ultimate One) was the embodiment of Gaia’s will—a mechanism Gaia, as Earth’s Counter Force, created to prevent humanity from destroying the planet.

Moreover, Angra Mainyu, born from technological advancement and a highly contagious virus, was perfectly suited as a UO. She could eliminate humans on a massive scale.

Not to mention her ability to evolve at an extremely rapid pace.

She was the Beast of Progress, Earth UO, and Absolute Evil.

“But to influence other worlds, you’ll need help from your little girl.”

“Little girl?” Aslan realized who she meant.

“You mean Manaka?”

Gaia nodded and continued.

“Since I can’t intervene in Counter Forces from other worldlines, I’d lose control. But Sajyou Manaka, the Princess of the Root who is naturally connected to the Root, can do it.”

“With the Root’s assistance, she can intervene in Counter Forces, spreading information about the new UO and the possibility of a new future.”

“Other Earth Counter Forces won’t reject it.”

“Still, I can’t guarantee history in other worldlines will unfold exactly as you imagine or cause the Umbrella Corporation to emerge.”

Aslan tapped the table rhythmically while contacting Little Garden’s Central Core.

“Are you there? Give an audio signal?”

【Chirp.】

“??” Aslan’s eyebrow twitched. He felt Little Garden’s Central Core was becoming increasingly unreliable.

【We can use the Conceptual Anchoring method to intervene in future history.】

As Little Garden’s Central Core, it possessed many tools—especially various methods to influence history, create Historical Turning Points, and shape events.

After all, earning merit from Historical Turning Points was extremely fast. To better trigger them, Little Garden’s gods and buddhas had deeply researched these mechanisms.

Historical Turning Points essentially fell into two types. The first affected only a single worldview. Its impact on Human History merely added one more branch.

For example, if Aslan saved the world, at best he’d earn Four-Digit-level merit.

The second type genuinely influenced the entirety of Human History—every world and multiverse observed by Little Garden.

Merit generated from such Historical Turning Points could support an entire Pantheon, but the difficulty was extremely high.

Most of Little Garden’s Central Core’s methods triggered the first kind—Historical Turning Points within a single worldview.

Conceptual Anchoring involved embedding a concept beneath a specific worldview—such as belief in a certain god or community.

Then, as history progressed, the concept would naturally spread its influence, eventually giving birth to a Four-Digit-level Gift or Spirit Status—or Four-Digit-level merit.

However, Conceptual Anchoring wasn’t easy to use. Usually, only nobles employed it to train their descendants.

Anchoring a concept across all worldlines in an entire worldview remained extremely difficult.

Only Three-Digit-level beings or Four-Digit Poets could accomplish it.

But who said this world didn’t have a Root connected to all worldlines?

Although one couldn’t anchor worldlines through the Root, anchoring concepts was possible.

By anchoring the Umbrella Corporation’s Conceptual Anchor through Angra Mainyu, as long as Earth’s Counter Force wished to nurture an Earth UO, the Umbrella Corporation’s Conceptual Anchor would naturally manifest in those worldlines.

As for energy consumption, Aslan could use Dog Sun Authority to create Gifts for Star Spirits.

Earth’s Counter Force, in a sense, was also a type of Star Spirit. Such Gifts could allow Star Spirits to absorb more sunlight.

This could also be seen as a way to help Earth replenish its energy.

For Earth, this might accelerate recovery of vitality—though there might be minor side effects.
