[Trial] What Should I do if I Reincarnate as a Demon?

Synopsis:
He reincarnated and became a gifted demon with a long lifespan.

Although Ash was born an orphan despite having living parents, he had to be self-reliant. He needed to be wary of both his own kind and humans. But that was fine—at least when he turned three, he suddenly gained a system. Unfortunately, the system wasn’t all that useful.

Even so, the system sent him back to the past, where he befriended Frieren and became the junior disciple of the human race’s Mage Ancestor. However, Ash soon realized that his new friend held deep prejudice against demons.

No matter—luckily, his younger sister, Aura, had now become someone important. It’s just that... their relationship had grown a bit awkward, since Ash used to boss her around when they were kids.

Still, that wasn’t a big deal. Ash also met the strongest hero—but... that hero died far too soon.

Constantly moving back and forth between humans and demons, he slowly realized he couldn’t rely on anyone.

“There’s no other way. I have to rely on myself.”

Ash set a new life goal for himself—to defeat the current Demon King and become the new Demon King, for the time being.
