I'm going to rethink how your appearance is calculated. Instead of a minimum for each it will be an accumulation of everything with bonus points. It will allow for a greater flexibility on achieving sissy status

I would ask if there could be a way to lower or disable certain body change requirements, like the lips for the life guard guy, or better yet just the look of them so the need to work for them is still there. Personally, the lips just look too cartoony and floating on the face of the avatar, and maybe the final butt or two isn't my jam.

That may be true, but the reason I did it was for new players. When you get into a game it's nice being able to see all your choices in a single screen and not wondering how, when, or if a game mechanic exists. With it being obvious it makes the player feel like they have a better command of their choices. They can plot their course through the maze and pick their own order.
