Zandig the then owner of CZW brought in some of the Canadian indy wrestlers from Montreal Quebec promotion IWS to participate in it. during a second round match between Sexxxy Eddy and The Arsenal (2 IWS wrestlers) Eddy accidentally cut an artery in his forearm going through lighttubes he finished the match after he won, he showed how bad it was by squeezing his hand causing blood to spray up like a fountain and catch it in his mouth. It went viral and alot of eyes turned to the Canadian indy scene leading to US premoters wanting to book them. (Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn are both from IWS and Sami has credited the moment with helping get them seen) Crazy Crusher was also in IWS as part of a tag team so matches like this got passed around forums pre Youtube.
