If you just want to get the buggy file download the following link and paste it into /scripts/room folder - it should ask if you want to overwrite, click "Yes"

2019-07-25 05:57:56 +0000 UTCFound a bug: at a specific time in the evening the two co-tenants will be found at the dining table, if you talk to them, then speak to the landlord, your time will be reset to 9 am on the same day. Ive been able to replicate this a couple times now, and stay on the same day for quite some time.
