Suggestion thread: Shiny Seifuku

I think I'm back do trying for thinner more delicate lines on things. The thick chunky stuff I;ve been doing for a lot of the suggestion thread stuff and the raffle stream things is ok for trying to work quick on stuff, but it's not type of stuff I want to be making regularly. I'l probably bounce back and forth between the styles for a bit.
