Explore and expand the scene in your imagination. Focus, and be present there, with as much clarity as you can.
It’s alright if you can’t visualize the scene, or if your visualization is unclear. Use whatever senses, impressions, emotions, concepts are available to you. Conjure the experience of being in that space, here, and now. Use as many senses as you can. Notice as many little details as you can.
Especially pay attention to the pleasant, soothing things that help you relax into the scene.
You can spend as much time here as you would like.
