Assignment - Being With Fear

Sit down, and let yourself experience that anxiety or fear. What are you afraid of, specifically. You can write about it if that works for you, or draw, or just reflect.
What are you afraid of happening? Why are you afraid of it? What does it feel like to be afraid?
Are you afraid of the feeling of fear or anxiety? If so, why? What is it like to sit with that fear?
