Something you’re not inclined to tell anyone about. It could be because you’re embarrassed, or ashamed. It could be a big secret, or a tiny secret.
Write it down. Include details if it feels right.
Then, think of a safe person you could share your secret with, and tell it to them. You could talk with them, or write to them, whichever feels best. You can wait for the right moment if you need to.
Only do this if you really think this is a safe thing to do, if it is not something that would cause harm to yourself or someone else.
After you tell them, think or write about what that was like. You could even tell me if you’d like to.
