A permissive exercise and active trance encouraging piece. As you listen, you are given permission to enter a state of flow while carefully checking and re-checking yourself during ordinary exercise. This is intended primarily for set-based exercises where you are doing a specific number of reps, but is equally possible to use when biking, jogging, or walking. Loop this track during your workouts to set a tone. Not explicitly sexual, nor very dominant, it is a reassuring encouragement to zone out in a way that exercise already encourages.
