That was exactly the issue. In November I added $5 to my pledge and thought I was done, that it would automatically raise my tier. Thanks for the help!

2019-12-04 10:36:34 +0000 UTCThat is strange. Ensure that your level is set to the "10" level in your pledge, as I see from your profile your tier is set to Tier 1 "Explore With Me". In the screen where you make your pledge, radio buttons allow you to select Explore With Me, Listen to Me, Enroll With Me, and so on. Change your pledge tier, not the amount but the actual tier, to the 10+ level while leaving your pledge the same and it should sort you out.
