All of the lessons and hypnotic instructions we explore together are part of you. They wind up when you listen to me, and this provides energy which can be used for pro-active and confidence building experiences. You always walk with my influence and my support. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
If you go a long time without “topping up” this energy through listening to some form of audio training, your clockwork might run down... but you continue normally. You can stop listening altogether, the clockwork instructions and structures won’t get in the way.
But if you end up missing them, it is as simple as returning to one of my audios to listen again, and wind those systems right back up.
Since you began listening to me, you have changed your life, changed your course, found new ways to behave and thought new and exciting things.
This file re-affirms some of the benefits this training provides you - structure, motivation, confidence, and the energy to move forward through your day. It is a good re-introduction to my work after you take a break, as well.
