Shorts are abridged versions of the files that get at the essence of the file, while reserving the full experience and deepest training for my students. They can be listened to on their own, although they work best in a playlist with an induction. Even if you're already in possession of the full version of these files, I believe you may find that the short versions can make excellent additions to multi-file playlists.
