An aftercare piece which works well when you’ve been listening to a lot of Scratches and other pain-to-pleasure audio. Sometimes you need some care. The best submissives know their limits, attend to them, and take time to restore and recuperate. Doing so makes us both better and better. Pain is only powerful if you have a joyous and relaxing contrast.
Incorporates meditative techniques and a small philosophical story induction aside, tied to my idea of the ultimate pain sub. This simple, 6 minute piece works well tacked on the end of a session.
