Seeking web design advice

Hi all,

I thought I would reach out to my hivemind here and see if any of you have any suggestions. I'm looking for a new Wordpress theme for my website, and wondered if any of you with web design experience have any suggestions. The most important thing for me is something that can handle sorting and displaying my file catalogue well. A theme that had an integrated way to list posts within specific categories or with specific tags, for example. Ideally on the home page as well as within regular pages as a shortcode or widget. Something that also had flexibility to easily let me change around the colours and look of things would also be ideal. Responsive, of course, because we are in the 21st century.
