Added 2023-10-22 12:25:54 +0000 UTCAround two years ago I posted a gif of Jonny Joestar sketch animation (2nd slide) with a long text talking about how I aim to achieve a more human fluidity after rewatching Howl's Moving Castle. I even came up with a whole theory of double movements (every main movement accompanied by a secondary one).
The most tricky and time consuming animations are when you want characters to speak with their whole body but slowly and subtly.
I was going to post this sketch of a Jil scene redo and say 'to think I thought that Jonny Joestar and Gyro shot was IT' but looking at it now it was IT for that specific sequence at the time. But still, look at the evolution!
