Shimi will get wrapped completely in tight, indestructible and waterproof bandages, except her ring gagged mouth with her tongue made to stick out. Her pussy, ass and breasts are exposed.

She get's placed into a stone box and the box gets filled with small tentencle creatures called "Neps". The box gets closed, locked and buried.

The box basically gets turned into a nest. Hence the term "Heretic's Nest". With the creatures using her body, squirming inside her and feasting on her body fluids as she is kept alive by the Neps in a sort of symbiotic relationship.

A Nep is native to Ontierrian jungles, near hot water. Although they look like fauna, Neps are actually plants, but behave similarly to tenencle monsters.
Neps are an ingredient used in some Ontierrian dishes. Their flesh has a consistency similar to dragonfruit's and tastes like mango. They have no internal organs and are hollow inside. They can sense fluids and heat and will slowly squirm towards the source to feed on it, regardless of what or who it is. Plus they're super flexible and  can fit into holes as small as a US Dime.
In the case of their importance in the Heretic's Nest, they do not require light and can live off of the bodily fluids, milk and carbon dioxide of the person wrapped inside with them. The Neps will convert what they consumed into a special sap which they store inside. This sap is extremely nutritious, contains a powerful aphrodisiac that amplifies sensitivity and for females, a hormone that causes their breasts to produce milk and they release a mix of Nitrogen and some Oxygen!
To obtain these fluids, the Neps will enter the host's orifices to feed using a sucker located on one of their ends, violently wriggling inside to stimulate the host to produce more fluids. Once they are full, they will leave the ass or pussy to allow the other Neps inside, making the host's torment endless!
Once full, they will reproduce by budding, producing up to 2 more Neps. After, the nep will proceed to enter the host's mouth and crawl down into their stomach. It results in the Nep being digested along with its sap, causing the host to become more sensitive and begin to produce milk if they haven't been already, making more fluid for their offspring to consume!
By the end, the box will be full of Neps, which after the punishment, will be consumed by the Royal Family.
