TAKING ONE-WEEK BREAK TO BREATHE 🧘♀️

These past few months, I’ve been pushing hard… creatively, emotionally and physically.
And I’ve realized that, in order to keep creating stories that feel true to me… raw, intense and full… I need to pause for a moment.
This week, I’m turning thirty, and after almost two years of non-stop work, I want to take a little time for myself. 🫂 🎂
I’ll be back on August 1st, with a clearer mind, a fuller heart and new stories to share with you. ❤️
The video I’ve been working on will be paused for now and postponed until after the break.
Sometimes the most creative thing we can do… is breathe. 🧘♀️ And right now, I truly need it.
