Added 2025-02-22 06:47:08 +0000 UTCSpent all day reinstalling everything on a new hard disk. I think my PC case has some kind of grounding with the exterior door. When it's on and I touch the case and there's any static it freezes the computer. When its unlatched it restarts the computer if there's any static discharge and if it's off completely the case grounds like it should and static doesn't affect anything with the system. I have no idea what's going on. Anyways, enjoy!
